5 STARS!!!!! Definitely fire and in my humble opinion, the best burger in town.

I got bison was super juicy, dripped down the side of my mouth, and tasted like American Gold. Owner was a straight up awesome guy and when I called to make sure they were open, answered in the first ring. Very impressive. I got mad respect for the owner.

Just to be clear, not a sit down restaurant, allowing you to enjoy a lower cost for these great fries (parmesan garlic my favorite), hot dogs, and meats. The three of us guys all enjoyed – all gave high praise.

I was at the Hollywood Bowl to see David Gilmour and The Beast Burger’s truck was in the entrance. I expected an ordinary food truck burger, but no!
I’m a burger snob: I grind my own chuck from grass fed roast, taking a lot of time to trim off all the connective tissue and double grinding it with a coarse plate. I know burgers.
The Stinky Bacon Burger from these guys is definitely the best food truck burger and up there with the best I’ve had anywhere. I think it’s better than Umami Burger and maybe even better than Nepenthe. Amazing! Fantastic!

Incredible! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Great service and generous with the condiments. We had a huge order with some requested adjustments. It wasn’t a long wait and all our orders were right. Definitely going back again.

So there I was, driving home from a long day of work. When BAM! I was struck with the overwhelming DESIRE to wolf down a burger. And not just any burger… no no the perfect burger… Greasy.. but just the right amount. Flavorful… but just the right punch. Crispy… in all the right places. It was 11:30 pm on a Tuesday and my luck looked like it had surely dried up. (As it often does). When on the last bend of my defeated drive back home I spied Beast Burger on YORK. Writing this review because it did not pop up immediately on Google when I search “burgers” and it needs to. To save some other poor unfortunate soul who needs the comfort of grease and good service. Five stars. I’ll be BACK. Muahahah

I’m really confused. We tried to eat here and there was no sign on the street. We walked into a bar with the same address and they told us there were no burgers served there today. I’m assuming it was a pop-up? I can’t find any info anywhere about it and the woman behind the bar was not interested in giving us more info. So sad!
