Service was pretty ok. Went in around 2pm. Food was delivered pretty quick barely got the soup and salad before the main dishes were delivered.
House salad was decent and had an excellent thick bleu cheese dressing. Soup that was tried was the stew made with basic ingredients. Just ground beef, carrots, onion and potato. Not much of a taste.
The White Mac & Cheese left something to be desired. For a baked mac it needed something more. Maybe a bread crumb or fried onion topping. Otherwise just tasted like a basic grainy box mac. Presentation was nice with the cast iron. Even with the warning of hot, the fingers couldn’t keep from making contact.
The chicken fried chicken turned out much better. Had a nice light breading on a thin piece of chicken. This was paired with real mashed potatoes, skin and all. Then topped with a heaping amount of white gravy. Much better then those instant potatoes.
Bathrooms were not clean. Toilet paper on the floors and had an odd smell. Door was broken to bathroom but seemed like it was being fixed. Possible with being just after lunch they just hadn’t gotten to cleaning that area yet.

Friendly service, open space and has a few TVs. Stopped here on long trip. Americana grill with average food. Fine if you’re looking for a quick hamburger while on the road, wouldn’t make it a point to stop here.

Wait staff spot on! Double triple check! Not too the point of betting a bother just to the point of being lost for a need not being meet. The food was plentiful and cooked too order with out a second guess! We’ll definitely be back with many friends and family!

Real food. Real good. Actually Great. Tasty food, awesome sauce…literally the sauce is really good. My husband said it was “one of the best burgers I’ve had in awhile.” The service was great, the cooks and wait staff looked clean cut. The place was clean. Everyone was friendly what more could you ask for? I think the poor reviews on here are bunk. Some crabby old lady probably…Don’t let that sway you. It was a great place to eat. I will drive from Billings just to eat there again!

It was very relaxing. The food was extremely delicious. The service was perfect. This was our first time there. The chef came out to the table, that was really a first for us! This is Laurel’s upper-class restaurant. Finally we don’t have to go to Billings for this type of restaurant! PLEASE stay open for years and years. And, thank you so m for ch for very enjoyable dinner/evening.

Our Goldilocks burgers were not “just right,” however. The bacon was nearly burnt, the burger was dry, the mac n cheese was fairly bland. Would not order a burger from here again.

Incredibly friendly staff and the food was delicious. You can tell that everything is made fresh in-house. My husband and I split the taco pizza, a must try, and our kids got the creamy white cheddar Mac & cheese. Their fries are also my favorite kind, the seasoned, flaky ones that are always crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
