The atmosphere and food both are right out of a school cafeteria. If you are going here because you are staying at the Hershey Lodge, I understand the convenience. I would recommend getting the Burger or Chicken Caesar. Keep it simple! Servers and timeliness of food were great and attentive.

Amazing place inside Hershey’s Lodge!! The food was great, but the service was amazing! Our waiter was Darren! He was super friendly, sweet to my grandchildren, recommended drinks and specials for dinner! He took his time and made sure all our meals and drinks were perfection. He raised the restaurant to another level with his kindness and smile! Thank you, Bear’s Den for a great meals and a terrific server! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Four of us visited for a late lunch. We were seated right away – I was surprised how few people were there – and our server was terrific from the start. Most of our food was pretty good and met expectations from the menu description. If you’re interested in a cheese steak, I’d get it somewhere else. It wasn’t bad but there are a lot of better choices out there. We’ll probably go back, but order something different.

We took our son to a doctor’s appointment in Hershey. After the appointment we decided to get something to eat.

Confession I ate here even though I’m not a Hershey bears fan. It seemed like the cheapest option while attending a conference at the lodge. (This is located inside the Hershey Lodge)They were gracious with their long line, and served us reasonably fast. Great food options. One downer was the very sticky floor.

The food was great! I got a Philly cheese steak that made me (a guy from the west coast) FINALLY understand why they’re so popular out here. If you’re a fan of Philly Cheese Steaks and on the west coast, don’t order one, you will be let down.

Came here the end of March 2023 for a conference, party of eight. Food was Good. But the waitress had an attitude, wasn’t very friendly. I asked for Sweet Tea, her response was your up north…. OK, with this being said AND you want a generous tip? PLEASE…

The staff were great and the food was good but the screaming, crying, kids killed the atmosphere. if there were a place for larger groups that were separate and farther away from kids’ areas, it would have been much better. I think the annoyance also caused the food and service to suffer as well.
