I had a pleasant meal at this location. If you want a nice-sized portion for the price point you will get that here. My favorite thing is their customer service. I had the build-your-own burger. I was a bit disappointed that it was well done as opposed to medium well. I like my burgers juicy and well done produces a dryer texture. However, the flavor was good. I would’ve enjoyed fries instead of homemade chips. Overall I give it a thumbs up.

I visited The Bears Den during a stay at the Hershey Lodge. I sat at the bar and ordered a burger and a mixed drink. Service here was quick and I had the burger about 10 minutes after ordering. The burger was not anything that would knock your socks off, but it was good, juicy, and cooked to order! Overall I believe my stop in The Bears Den was positive and is a good option to eat while visiting the Lodge!

As a dad who loves watching sports, this was my highlight of the hotel. Nice setup with the TV’s and real good food! There was an hour wait for a table, but there’s a small arcade plus you can easily see whatever game is on while you wait. If you don’t want to wait you can order and take it back to your room. The wait for food alone was only about 25 minutes.

Was at Hershey Lodge for a dance competition. Kind of captive to the resort for food the night we ate at the Bear’s Den. Staff was nice enough, but the food left a lot to be desired. Between 3 of us we ordered 1 soda, a burger, fish & chips and a fish sandwich. The fish was good (not great), fries were passable at best, and the burger had no taste at all. All for a total of $77 with tip. Way too expensive for what it was. My word of advice, there are a lot of other choices in the surrounding area!

Fun place with some arcade games, lots of tv’s everywhere. There’s a pretty big menu. The ribs are good but probably shouldn’t be placed directly on top of a pile of french fries. Otherwise it’s not a bad place… the burgers are pretty good. The bison chili fries are good too.

Let me start by saying the place is nice , it gives off a BWW vibe. Our waiter Andrew was friendly, attentive, and got everything right and out quickly! I had ordered the steak salad. My steak was very fatty – i know fat on steak gives it flavor but this was fatty to the point I felt as if I didn’t eat much steak. I did not attempt to send it back as that is something I do not do at a restaurant. I didn’t complain either, I just ate what I wanted. My 2 coworkers were with me one had chicken and waffles which looked amazing and looked like it was cooked to perfection and my other coworker had the bison burger with fries which looked good too. I would come back again, but definitely get something different!

The atmosphere and food both are right out of a school cafeteria. If you are going here because you are staying at the Hershey Lodge, I understand the convenience. I would recommend getting the Burger or Chicken Caesar. Keep it simple! Servers and timeliness of food were great and attentive.
