Let me start by saying just NO.
Don’t go don’t bother!
Reading the others reviews, I was a little skeptical, thinking this might be iffy based on many of the others’ reviews (slow service, inconsistency in the drinks, drinks that water down with lacking flavor, employees not taking their job seriously / confused or unwelcoming)
First, let me make sure everybody knows that this is actually INSIDE the bank. You can go through the drive-through but if you physically want to see what they have, it is inside the bank. Other reviewers mentioned that there wasn’t enough signage, but I think for the most part there’s one at the road and one at the entrance to the drive-through so they put a few little signs up to try. Would’ve been nice if there was one on the front door of the bank or if any of the signs had said inside the bank.
All I wanted was a simple Cappuccino.
They have a tremendous amount of flavors available & their chai is from brand called Maya, which is very good quality.
When I ordered a cappuccino, the girls went blank they did not know what that was nor how to make it.
I explained to them what a cappuccino was. Smallest cup they have is a 12 oz and a Cap is much smaller (6-8 ounces) she looked very hesitant, but tried and it did not come out (basically no foam & all milk).
After the two girls stood and debated for quite some time about how to do it. The second girl tried and it was the same result 12 ounce cup all milky & no foam.
As I was waiting for them to try, the second attempt TWO other customers came in with complaints about their drinks, wanting changes!
I know one ordered a cold brew that said it “was all milk with no cold brew taste’ so appears I’m not the only one who had a drink that they didn’t like this morning.
I politely said just refund the charge and I’ll just go somewhere else. The girl tried and didn’t know how and then asked if it was OK if she just gave me back cash but you can see from the picture this is what she gave me. I explained to her that my charge was $6.54 and that that’s not what she gave me ($5.74) and she looked confused like she didn’t know how to count change. I showed her the charge on my Apple Pay and she just looked confused.
I will emphasize that this coffee shop is inside a bank & I will leave it at that.
I think basically if you order something exactly off the menu that they can follow their recipe & no changes & you have plenty of time to wait you might be OK but if you just want a standard cappuccino or latte you’re sunk!
Let me add that this is not traditional coffee shop so there’s nowhere to sit and enjoy your cup or relax. Although there were two tables outside under an awning in the very back, but that appears to be more like employee seating.
I’ll also add that they are extremely slow and I mean extremely they were struggling to just make one drink and they had five or six in a row and then they couldn’t make mine. The lady in front of me probably waited 20 minutes for just 2 cold brews.
No, I do not recommend this place.

We were driving thru and stumbled upon this random coffee shop located inside of the Credit Union bank. Cool concept and pretty convenient. Loved all the options for the Lotus energy drinks. Good customer service!

It is odd to drive up and not see any signage for the coffee shop. I would’ve just left, but I decided to drive around the credit union parking lot and discovered they are IN the credit union. It’s a cool notion! The staff were very friendly and upbeat. I appreciate that.
I ordered a large sugar free chocolate and coconut blended coffee with an extra shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how big it was. The ice to liquid ratio was great! The taste of the coffee wasn’t something I enjoyed though. When I get back over that way, I’ll try a regular coffee to see if it’s really the coffee that I don’t like. I would also like to visit the inside. I will update my review after I have visited again.

Hands down the best coffee I’ve had in the area. I will drive from Crestview when I want an iced coffee. The bagel was amazing and I also bought a jalapeño kolache…it taste the same as the ones I use to get in Texas. Love it!

Tried this place for the first time today and I’m so glad I did. I got a vanilla and caramel iced coffee. I usually. Go to Starbucks or Dunkin but this place is way better. It’s the perfect amount of sweet but not too sweet. They are also super friendly.

Bean Bro makes good coffee, but the setup is a bit confusing—the drive-thru is clear, but the lobby is hard to find if it is your first time there. We waited 10–15 minutes for a small cold brew with cold foam and caramel, which felt pricey at $6. Worth a try if you enjoy a carefully crafted coffee!

Came on a Sunday morning, one person ahead of us. Was sitting at the window waiting for two coffees about 20m and not once did someone come to the window in that time. No apologies and ended up paying almost 18 bucks for two lattes without tip. Would not have paid that, but no prices on menu and total was not given after ordering. Coffee was also lackluster. Will not be back.

The girls that work here are always so amazing! Today, my youngest was sick and wanted a lemonade but changed his mind to strawberry lemonade as we were at the window. They heard him and remade it for him. I love the coffee, but I chose to go there over anywhere else simply because of the ladies that work there!

We pulled in around 2:30 and were the only customers there. When we got to the speaker they told us to wait a few minutes. I don’t know what they were doing but then after we ordered we pulled up to the window and waited another few minutes then she came and asked what I ordered again. So the whole time we were waiting they hadn’t even started on our coffee. They were very quiet and short with us. Just seemed bothered we were there. I would completely understand if they were busy or understaffed. But being the only one in the parking lot and waiting atleast 10 minutes for an overpriced drink is frustrating.
