Enjoyed a delicious lunch here today with a Chai latte, sandwich, and coffee cake. Everything tasted amazing and I’m looking forward to trying their breakfast options, too.

There were a few gluten free sweets available at lunch time, and a gluten free breakfast menu as well I will bring my husband back to try.

Delightful little shop with equally delightful menu. The family went in the day after Thanksgiving, the place was packed, although the staff had breezed through orders with charm. The food was delicious, the sausage gravy and biscuit was enormous and the breakfast sandwiches looked perfect. We’ll beack for a hot coffee and hearty breakfast with the cold days ahead.

Bean and Biscuit is a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of the Greencastle main stretch. Right next to the town square, normally there is plenty of parking availability. We have been going here for years, and rightly so, they have attracted quite the amount of business over the years and have a tendency of being crowded. They have an assortment of tables, many of which can be combined to accomidate large groups if needed. We have discovered that going early is best on Saturday mornings, right at opening to make sure we have a table for our family. Bean and Biscuits atmosphere is truly relaxing and family friendly, our kids are always excited to go here. The coffee is “the best” in our opinion. Every cup has been reliably delicious, showing the love, care, and attention these passionate baristas put into their art. And ofcourse, their biscuits… Every biscuit and baked good carries the same attention to detail that their coffee expresses. They have a appealing breakfast and lunch menu, all of which breaks from stereotypes, providing unique and delicious flavors that make you want to come again. If you are looking for my opinion, I highly suggest you try Bean and Biscuit out for yourself…And you got to try their cinnamon roll

This was the perfect quick breakfast spot. Filling and delicious food, excellent coffee, warm and inviting atmosphere. Don’t miss the latte specials by the register. We almost did! The biscuits and gravy looked and smelled amazing. We’ll have to try them next time.

I certainly wish I could get here more often! My sister in law & I have been meeting when we can for coffee & breakfast. Our go to had been the bacon egg and cheese on a cheddar biscuit. This week we had the blueberry baked oatmeal… it was AMAZING. By far the best I’ve ever had. Hot pumpkin latte was perfection. Atmosphere is alway warm and welcoming and staff / owners are top notch.

My first time here and I enjoyed the lavender latte and a chocolate chip cookie. Very cute place. There were a few gifts available to purchase and quite a few seats to sit and enjoy, but I got my food to go. I loved the beautiful and sturdy cups too. I don’t want to throw it away.

We stopped in here in and got two shots of espresso to start. I got my shot con panna..espresso with a shot of whip cream on top. It took a bit to get it and it wasn’t that busy. We got them..I walked back up for an espresso spoon that is usually served with espresso…and no one knew what I was talking about. It didn’t really matter that much..we didn’t make it through the espresso. It was very..very over extracted..crema was barely there, and there were grounds floating around in the cup. We ordered iced coffees togo..which were basically iced milks. Sooooo…that was definitely a bummer.

The inside is really beautiful with the color scheme, and exposed brick. very comfortable. Plenty of seating. They have a couch so that’s a plus! There is a large sense of community here..so many vendor items to purchase. Jewelery, baked goods, knitted items, etc. I love that. It seemed to be LGBTQ+ friendly they also have gender neutral bathrooms. Not that I mind or care..but they were playing Christian music the entire time we were in there..which would deter me from dining in more often than not if that was the constant music choice. Just my personal opinion and some added info. We didn’t try any food, but it did smell and look pretty good. I’d say if You’re looking for a decent espresso/iced coffee try somewhere else..but definitely stop and check out the vendor items and food.

Stopped in along our way home to TN and this place is an absolute gem. We got a hot mocha, an iced sugar free caramel latte, a chicken breakfast sandwich with a pretzel biscuit, a sausage breakfast sandwich on a buttermilk biscuit, and a cheddar garlic biscuit to try plain. Everything was delicious! The employees were friendly and welcoming too, which you don’t always get up North

We will be back on our next trip home!

There are many coffee shops in our area and the bean and biscuit may just be the best. The coffee is fantastic and their assortment of pastries and treats is great (my favorite’s the blueberry scone). Their staff is amazing too. If you have a free day and want a good drink, find the bean and biscuit.
