New owners here and I feel like the pizza is different than from previous owners. Toppings and sauce were very good, But dough thicker than before . We’re really into a thin crust so pats or fire/ice will be our top choices from now on. Sad

The atmosphere is only because it is a stop in sandwich and other food spot. We got 2 grinders, fries, and fried pickles. All were very well done. Kind owners. A nice spot

Food was very good. Vegetarian pizza, no olives no problem . You have to appreciate a place that vents your takeout container of fries so they stay crispy…I appreciate that attention to detail…and they give you a capped cup of ketchup, not little packets . Atmosphere…well it’s a pizza and more place, you’re not going to eat by candlelight, but the place was very clean and well maintained. Service was awesome, staff was friendly, informative, efficient.

We had the 14-in beacon which is basically a loaded pizza. There was plenty of toppings and it tasted good but it was awfully greasy. I realize this place is new when they were very busy. Just thought they might like to know.

Well….I don’t think we’ve had that good a pizza in quite some time.
Crust was done just right, cheese, toppings ..all good.
Whoppie pies were also on our menu.
Coconut and chocolate chip. We’re funny about whoppie pies..I would have to say that Shaws nudges you out of first.
Anyway, the next time we’re in..it’s going to be the steak and cheese calzone…we hear it’s a killa!!

Wings and pizza were delicious! Loved the crust, amount of toppings and cheese! Only complaint is that the pizza needs more sauce! The Whoopie Pies were good and a good price. The fillings were better than the cookie part-a little dry and hard around the edges. We will be back but will be sure to order extra sauce on the pizza!

First time trying The Beacon and we will definitely be back. Tried a half cheese half pepperoni and mushroom pizza and it was delicious. The dough was fluffy and sauce was right in the middle of not too spicy nor too sweet. I tend to like my pizza a little darker so I will ask for it to be left in a little longer next time. No complaints and can’t wait to go back and try some of their other offerings.
