We had breakfast at the Beach House in Seal Beach and it was absolutely delicious with an unbeatable view. We ordered the French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, and a bacon, egg, and avocado omelette with home fries—and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
Sitting right on the beach made the experience even better. The ocean views were amazing and created such a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere while enjoying our meal. It’s the perfect spot for a morning bite with a view.
Definitely a must-try if you’re in Seal Beach, and we will absolutely be back again!

We held our 40th Anniversary Party at the Beach House. It was the perfect venue! Rosie and Jennifer made sure everything was set up as requested. The flower arrangements were gorgeous. Julie, the head bartender, created two cocktails for us as “signature cocktails” and cute menus were placed on the tables. The appetizers were wonderful and the dinner was delicious. We have food allergies, and the chef did an amazing job accommodating our dairy, gluten and peanut allergies. The patio was a wonderful spot to have a band and celebrate. I highly recommend the Beach House for events. It was a perfect evening and exactly what we wanted.

Food was absolutely delicious and the seasoning was good. The salmon could’ve used the tiniest bit less salt but otherwise good. I do wish the steak was actually medium but it was a lot closer to well done. Still tasted yummy just a bit drier.
I would not recommend the cake at all. It wasn’t sweet and it was so incredibly dense.
The area is cute though! Perfect place to eat and then go for a walk to let the food digest properly.

I frequent The Beach House often because of the great service! The drinks are always delicious, mixed well and reasonably priced. The food isn’t bad, but it’s not consistently good. It depends on what you order. I enjoy the soups and salads, but the calamari, fries or fish and chips can be overly greasy.

One of the problems with living in a tourist town is that many of the food outlets serve what can best be described as tourist food. We all know what that is, fried, tasteless, quick and often excessively priced.
The Beach House is how it should be…
1. This is a beautiful location in so many ways and they could serve any old thing and people would be happy with the view. The beach is huge and sandy. Sit outside and the cool Pacific breeze ruffles the umbrellas.
2. The wait. At prime time, you can expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes with an advanced check in system that will send you a text message when a table is ready for you. Reply to the message and your table is locked in.
3. The food. Now this is the real surprise. Fresh, colorful, flavorful and about as far as you can expect good food to arrive.
4. The service. Almost every food outlet in the area is stretched. Not enough good staff and a lack of service training. Not here. The staff might be a little challenged when the place is full. They stay attentive, professional, pleasant and yes… efficient.
From what I could see, they didn’t open up table availability until a server is able to take care of that table. It is a well oiled machine from the front desk to drink top-ups.
5. The price. My wife and I sat taking and eating for almost 2 hours. A couple of drinks, entrees and dessert for $50/head including a well deserved tip.

Perfect spot for those warm summer nights. They outdoor seating at the bar which is a great place to be during sunset . They have a happy hour which is nice . Plenty of paid parking. We came during the week so there wasn’t a Wait for us. The bartender and servers do a good job to make it a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

It is certainly possible to enjoy a special weekend brunch here; the service was quite satisfactory, and the food was good. The pricing, however, is on the higher side, and the parking lot also incurs a somewhat elevated cost.
