Stopped by today for lunch based on the reviews. I told the gentleman I wanted to order the blackened chicken poboy to share with my wife. He suggested we share the bread pudding as well. I told him my wife wasn’t a fan of bread pudding she had eaten in the past. He said give it a try and come let him know what she thought of it. She loved both the poboy and the bread pudding. We are definitely hooked on this place. We highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome! There’s nothing on this menu I didn’t like. I love it all. It’s so good. Sit in the nice warm car on a cold day or cool car on a hot day with the paging system. Haven’t seen any other truck use these. Nicest people you’ll ever meet too. I got the gator tots and the blackened chicken po boy.

Today, 04-11-2024, at 1135 AM, I ordered the Crab Daddy Po’Boy, on a buttered and toasted bun [no mayo or remoulade] and added gumbo. It was wonderful.
As mentioned before, you really cannot eat this po’boy with your hands [unless you wear a bib with drip pockets for leftovers and lots of napkins].
They always make my order the way I like it without a problem. Really like doing business with The Bayou.

Ive been here a couple of times now and they never disappoint! The food is amazing eventide and the people are super nice! Highly recommend people give them a try. They have a FB page and post the schedule, location and specials making it super easy to find them too.

I had the pickle chicken, which fried chicken that has been brined in pickle juice, then deep fried to perfection with delicious fries they cut in-house daily with fried pickles as a garnish delicious I would definitely be visiting them again soon.

I have no complaints. Fernando is very friendly and approachable. I purchased the Blackened Alligator PO’ Boy and the Bayou fries. The PO’ Boy was delectable. The alligator had the perfect amount of seasoning and the meat was tender. The lettuce was crispy and the tomatoes and pickles were fresh.
The Bayou fries are delicious, the chicken and sausage gumbo was great and the shrimp tops it off. The sideways under fries is a perfect fit for the gumbo as it grabs the meat and sauce with every bite.
My favorite part of both dishes will have to be the remoulade.

Currently serving just off Park and Lee next to the Sapulpa Christmas Chute, we’ve been to the chute the last 3 years…and while it hasn’t gotten better, we also heard about a little Cajun food Truck on FB, serving gumbo and a little sandwich called the Route 66 Dip. Got those and some Bayou fries.
It was the best food we’ve had out that way. Had the leftovers for breakfast the next day.
Absolutely worth the trip.

My husband enjoyed the Debris Roast Beef PoBoy and I enjoyed the Blackened Shrimp PoBoy. That bread was outstanding and both were so flavorful and yummy.
Unfortunately, our bread pudding didn’t make it into the bag, but we will order it again next time though.⚜️

Ok y’all this was some of the best for. I am not a Cajun fan but this food won over. I had the Bayou fries and OMG they were so good. I was introduced to this little gem of a food truck by the owner of The Nail Room in Okmulgee. We met up at the Nook Brewey with some friends and had the best time! You should definitely try them out and you will definitely agree with me on how great the food is.
