Nestled in the heart of downtown Sanford, this vibrant spot is the epitome of cool sophistication, offering an unforgettable cocktail experience that delights both the eyes and palate. Their craft cocktails are nothing short of art, adorned with Instagram-worthy garnishes and boasting flavor profiles that are both innovative and exquisite. The highlight of my visit was the cocktail class they host monthly on Mondays, where I had the pleasure of mastering a classic Old Fashioned—an absolute steal at just $10 during happy hour. The class was not only informative but incredibly fun, as I also learned to craft their signature cocktail, the enchanting “Mermaids Tale.” The ambiance was so inviting that we couldn’t resist staying for the weekly Monday whisky and cigar event on the patio. The atmosphere was lively and engaging, making for a fantastic evening of relaxation and enjoyment. This spot truly embodies the spirit of Sanford, offering an experience that is both chic and welcoming.

This is a bar, so it doesn’t exactly count for food. But take your pick of 5-star eateries under the same roof in the same communal space. The cocktails made here are nothing short of pure magic. That is evident by the craft cocktail prices that rival some downtown Orlando locations. But believe me when I say the quality speaks for itself and well worth the price outside the vortex that is downtown Orlando. I enjoyed The Monroe, with its punchy, house-made pineapple ginger jam and accented by a smoldering cinnamon stick; and the Lemon Meringue, rich with its butter-washed gin, limincello, and house-made vanilla simple syrup – it tasted exactly like a slice of fresh lemon cake! And this isn’t some cliché neighborhood “sports” bar. No, the TV in front of me played episodes of “How It’s Made”, while the TV adjacent to me plays Bob Ross’ “The Joy of Painting”. Go grab a sandwich Sweet and Salty Island Grindz (I confirmed the Tik-tok hype–it IS the best chicken sandwich in florida, if not the country.) This is a fantastic place with fantastic cocktails, a fantastic selection of other craft beverages, with direct access to fantastic artisinal foods, in a fantastic venue in a severely underrated locale. Give the area a chance and take a step outside the direct Orlando bubble to give this place a shot. It will be well worth your time and money.

We were staying in Orlando and flying out of the airport in Sanford! We decided to stop in 2 hours before our flight for a quick bite and a drink before the flight. This was one of the coolest bars we have been to the whole vacation. Food was amazing. They have different options for food from barbecue to seafood to Ramon noodles to pizza. Anything for anyone. The drinks on the other hand are hand crafted by their awesome bartenders. They are very quick and attentive when needed! They also have good recommendations for places to bar hop! Mel the bartender was awesome! Her French 75 was the best I’ve ever had. Would go back here 10000000x over!!!!!

Awesome bar! When I think of getting a great drink I go here! They have a great variety of craft cocktails (My favorite is the Blackberry Bramble ) and you can appreciate the constancy of getting the drinks perfect every time no matter who is making them. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere, outside area, and several food options around.

We wanted to find a place to enjoy some cocktails before wrapping up the holiday weekend and decided to give them a try. The bar is inside Home Depot, where there are other vendors in historic downtown Sanford.
I asked one of the bartenders how did it work, since we sat and they were not coming to take our order. It seems that you sit and order your drinks in the bar area to take back with you. That worked but I wished they would’ve cleaned where we sat, but we took care of it. Maybe we came at an off time, but the bartenders were not very attentive and the drinks were hit and miss. Also, we realized we were there during happy hour (at the end) and none of the bartenders mentioned it.
First round of drinks were tasty and we did like them. We ordered the Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Classic Old Fashioned and Spicy Blue (a bit too spicy and sweet). Second round they ran out of Aperol and the Negronis were a bit strong.
Since it wasn’t too busy, we enjoyed ourselves and had our cocktails, which is why we stopped by. We will stop by again if we are in the area, since it is one of the nicest bars around.

Horrible experience! Hospitality business right? A bar. What a joke. After our first drink (seated at the bar) we couldn’t get our bartenders attention for nearly 20 minutes. No, it wasn’t that busy. Two separate people sat next to us got up and left. The owner of this place is obviously making so much money they do not care or are unaware. This is the hospitality business. How about you train your staff to show a little hospitality. We could have been sold at least two more drinks. I had to actually stand up and wave my hands to get served a second drink. It’s a joke. How about you teach your bartenders to pay attention to the people around the bar? How about you teach them to care? I’m so sick of people like this who demand 20 or 25% tip because they think they’re so wonderful. Oh then she goes to the other end of the bar and starts eating. Walking back and forth never looking at our end. There were three bartenders back there. I really can’t wait until the economy takes a hit so people like this learn to respect a dollar. The bar for customer service at this place is so low, it’s stunning how they have success at all, but they do, and that’s why they don’t care.
