This is such a chill neighborhood bar. George was such a humble, kind bartender connecting to each patron. They have free food some nights. The picture was for a killer red beans and rice. The patio is even cozier than inside. Strongly recommend this place.

This a cool watering hole with a neighborhood bar vibe. They have a great patio that looks rather upscale it is so nice. The bartenders here seem to be very efficient and give good service. Overall this is always a solid choice for a neighborhood bar experience.

Went for a drink on Saturday and enjoyed a plentiful serving of boiled shrimp with mushrooms, cabbage, garlic, corn and potatoes. The spices creep up after excellently. All staff and patrons friendly; dog and I loved hanging in the beautiful back patio. Will definitely return.

We go here once week after our kickball game. The staff are always nice and friendly. they have a pool table and karaoke inside and a really nice courtyard in the back (where we play flip cup on big tables). I’m not sure their food schedule on other days, but on Thursday’s they usually have a vendor outside selling food (they take cash/Venmo/card/etc.)! overall, it’s a nice spot.

Beautiful patio, clean bathrooms and best of all free gourmet food on Monday nite. Ain’t no Red Beans and Hot Dogs Mondays at this place. The other day I had Dirty Rice and Baked Chicken and a couple of weeks ago they had the most delicious Stuffed Bell Peppers and 3 Cheese Baked Macaroni. You gotta try this well kept secret in Lakeview on Harrison Ave.
