To me the atmosphere is perfect. Right up my alley. Dim, wooden features and a great looking bar. Food was absolutely outstanding I cant remember exactly what is was I got, but I believe it was the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. Flavors were amazing. My wife ordered the buffalo sandwich I believe and it was nothing short of phenomenal. I absolutly recommend the barrel room. Just a note, it is a little pricey so I would recommend it for a special date with someone special lol.

Went stopped by on a pretty busy night. We had good service and good food. The restaurant was a little loud but fine. The have a very nice whiskey selection and a good selection of other spirits. Definitely somewhere I would stop again to have a pour or a cocktail and grab a bite.

I’ve loved The Barrel Room for a long time. The food the drinks the atmosphere BUT the past 3 times I’ve been in has been less the satisfactory. I keep trying because I loved it before! Ordered 2 different common bourbons (one supposedly what is in a few of the cocktails)…all out. So what was in the cocktail we also ordered? Two different menu items we tried to order. Out. Dressing was definitely not house made like they stated. Or like before. Waited 1.5 hrs for subpar food sadly on a Thursday night with a half full restaurant. Our waitress was great I will add!!! But definitely not worth the price anymore. I did politely express my concerns to the waitress and the owner chose to stand behind the bar and not to come over and discuss it. Sadly, I will not be back.

I’m so disappointed to have to give this review but in all honesty it’s appropriate. My fiancée and I came in for a date night and had the worst experience you could possibly imagine. When we got there we ordered drinks and an app which came quickly and was good. Once we placed our order for our dinners it literally took over an hour to get our meals and our waitress said they were having problems in the kitchen. When our dinners finally arrived they didn’t put the bacon or aioli on our burgers and the waitress had to come back twice to bring it to us and said sorry it looks like you guys have to put your burgers together yourself. The fries were undercooked and soggy and neither of us enjoyed or finished our meals. After that our waitress avoided our table and we had to flag down another waitress to ask for our check so we could leave. The worse part about the entire experience is that I reached out directly to the owners through their website and they were non responsive.

We stopped in on a recommendation for my wife’s birthday. Great selection of bourbons! Delicious well-prepared food and a great atmosphere. Our waitress was helpful and really nice to talk with. We started with the seared ahi tuna nachos, truffle fries, and grilled rustic bread. We were surprised to how much tuna there was that we could have just had the nachos. The truffle fries were on point with the right amount of parmesan cheese. The rustic bread was ok but the balsamic olive oil and parmesan put it over the top. They have happy hour from 4-6 Monday-Saturday and the prices are amazing so we started with an old fashioned and an orange crush. Both were well made with the right flavors. We ordered so much food off the appetizer menu we never made it to the main course so we will have to go back. We defiantly recommend everyone stop in and enjoy a delicious meal and drinks!!!!

As usual we were looking for something different. I spotted The Barrel Room on a search and we decided to try it out. We were surprised at 6:00 on a Friday night that they were not busy. Sometimes that can be a bad sign.
We were seated immediately. The waitress came by and took my husbands drink order. I was still trying to decide. We ordered our meal when she returned. Hubby had the Inside Out Pot Pie. He said it was very good! I ordered the Salmon and it was delicious. The only real issue was that after we ordered our meal I decided what I wanted to drink. I wanted to try the Orange Crush, add Pinnacle Whip. It took us almost 10 minutes to finally catch the waitress so I could order. That was a bit frustrating.
The atmosphere was casual, not overly lit or noisy. The food was delicious, and other than a lack-luckster attention from the waitress it was a fantastic evening and meal. We will definitely be going back.

Was very hopeful, after remembering a friend recommending this place a while ago we decided to try. All of our food was cold, my son got the kids 8 oz sirloin – which is also the size of the adult one. It came out and there was maybe 5 pieces of steak on the plate pre cut. Didn’t look like 8 oz. Waited over 45 minutes for food, probably 30 minutes for beer and the menu was limited. Server didn’t have much knowledge for what they had and didn’t have. Seems like this place has gone downhill based on other reviews.

I actually really enjoy this place and have brought multiple friends here to eat. I love the set up and the appetizers are so good, especially the southwestern egg rolls. The martinis are also good but unfortunately on my last visit, there were 2 ants in my drink. Ended up still paying for the drink on top of that.

The good:
*The scallops were amazing.
*The Honey Hot chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce is yum (order a little extra on the side)
*The Bourbon Bacon Jam burger was tasty.
The cons:
*The drinks were diluted. *Cesar salad was boring and lacked a flavorful dressing.
*Even though the burger was tasty, we asked for med-rare and it came out VERY rare. We were sharing sammy’s and I had to scoop the, straight up raw, meat out of the center of my burger . I gave it to my husband cuz he likes it mooing. No complaint on taste, just cooking differed than ordered.
Savannah was great, she checked in on us frequently and answered all my husband’s off the wall questions
Have been back here several times now. This time I got the bourbon margarita, it was very good but ordered an extra to add to it. The hot honey chicken Sammy is still my go to and I don’t ever really care for chicken anything. It’s cooked perfectly. Service was top notch, as always.

We went right before Valentine’s day and they had a Sinatra singer serenading the entire place! So cool. We sat at the bar for drinks and an appetizer. The dip was amazing, highly recommended!
