Love the place! It’s kind of a neat “dive” bar in the best sense of that term. Everyone seems to know everyone else, so it’s very homey and warm. We had the prime rib specials, which they serve on some Saturdays each month. Check their site for the dates and plan to make reservations. They’ll even ask you what cut you prefer! Salads and drinks were good, and our server, Jessie, was attentive and friendly.

Food was very good comfort food, atmosphere was very quiet for a Saturday night, but the Packers were on so I’m sure it got busier after we left. Wait staff was pleasant and kept a good eye on us. This is one of those “Cheers” type places for sure (where everyone knows your name!)

Wednesday all you can eat chicken wings. Many different sauces to choose from. First order is eight wings and fries. Gets busy after 6:00. Wait is not long though for your order. Pleasant surprise was PBR on tap. Not many places have this. Warning – Double Dare is smoking hot. Owner bought out some chocolate milk for my adventurous Grandson.

Stopped in for a quick workday lunch after enjoying this place in the past, but this visit was a miss. Ordered cheddar jalapeño poppers, and on the third one noticed a white, rancid-tasting filling that looked very much like mold. Not exactly the surprise you want at lunch, and I couldn’t continue eating after that.
The Buffalo chicken wrap was also disappointing—about 90% greens with maybe three tiny pieces of chicken. When we mentioned the popper issue, the bartender brushed it off and said “the cook probably dropped it in flour,” which is a curious explanation considering the poppers aren’t handmade—they’re dropped straight into a fryer. No apology, no offer to look, no adjustment.
Food safety concerns aside, the lack of accountability sealed it. Won’t be visiting this establishment again.

The first time I went there everything was okay, just a beer and a pizza but bartender was awsome and made us feel welcome. Came here a few days ago, probably one of the worst bloodies I’ve had, the cheese curds were less than desirable and seemed like the welcome was gone. I’ll give the bloody one more shot down the road but till then 3 star.

Went for the All you can Eat Wing Wednesday
Tried the “If You Dare” flavor which had Carolina Reaper sauce very spicy but delicious. Also had Habanero Mango, House Dry Rub, and Garlic Parmesan which were all very good and the wings are big, meaty, and they were perfectly cooked. All sauces are made in house and we will have to try some others next time.
The owner came and talked to us and was very personable to us first timers as were all the servers.
I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back and try some more wings and other things.

This is our favorite place for Friday night fish fry. Both baked and deep fried are good! Very reasonable prices and the fish is always good. The meal includes soup or salad, choice of potato and coleslaw.
