We had such a great dinner in the heated igloo! The igloo was so warm and they even provided blankets. I had a fantastic cocktail called The Frostbite. Vanilla vodka, coconut, and Malibu. I had the short rib which was delicious as was my husband’s burger. When we come back to Lake George we’re definitely stopping here again!

Honestly, save yourself the effort and just buy dinner from the Tops or stick to the resort if you’re at the Sagamore. Spend a lot of time in the Lake George area and the food at most places is “ok” at best, but this was our worst takeout. I strongly recommend almost anywhere else. Ordered a simple Caesar salad with shrimp added and burger with tater tots. Nothing difficult, nothing crazy. You could make a better Caesar by stopping at tops, buying bagged lettuce, and then leaving it sit on the counter for an hour or two. The lettuce was wilted and shrimp were tough and rubbery. A Caesar should be at least crisp. Who messes up the single most simple salad in history that had pre-made dressing on the side?? The burger was cooked as ordered (a positive!), but two bites in I found a nasty hair in the burger cheese. I would crawl across broken glass to any other restaurant out here before ordering at this place again. Food quality and caring about food prep has gone way down hill everywhere in the U.S., but this took the cake for me. Not worth the 50$ they charged for this ridiculousness.

I’d give it a 4 if it was a bar, but as a restaurant a 3 star rating. Food wasn’t that impressive, just above average for a bar. My barrel bowl came out warm, not hot. My wife’s french onion soup was very small and mostly just soggy croutons. It seemed cozy in the bar area and there was a back section with a pool table- a good place to catch a game. There were kids eating there so kid friendly-ish with their own menu, but on a Saturday night they had a live band so it was a bit loud for my toddler. I’d look around for another spot to eat dinner if I was going back with my wife, but would go with some buddies wanting comfort food and a beer.

Upon walking up to the restaurant we were greeted with the cozy campfire pit and the welcoming smell of the fire. A cute smores station available for use. We dined in an igloo and it was an amazing evening. The atmosphere was quiet but could still hear the live music inside which was great! The brussel sprouts were absolutely amazing as was the pretzel. Drinks were delightful. The dinner did not disappoint either! Our waiter Evan was super courteous and attentive. One of the best dining experiences my man and I have had. Thank you so much!

Perfect winter restaurant/bar/dry-curling spot in Bolton Landing! Got lucky and was able to play some no-ice curling while the kids slept in the car 10 feet away. The food was actually great too. Poutine fries were tasty. And the wings were super good. Globes provide a great spot to eat, warm up. There was a band playing in the main bar area. Awesome local beer selection. Get reservations way in advance during busy season. Can’t wait to come back.

My family and I stopped in for dinner here after my sons soccer game. Immediately, we were welcomed with the smell of fresh burning firewood right outside the restaurant. The service was excellent and staff was super friendly. The food was great and drinks were very creative and delicious. There’s a s’mores station outside to roast marshmallows that my kids absolutely loved. The live entertainment was the cherry on top of the amazing atmospheric energy.

Good food and drinks! Friendly folks. One of my favorite places during the winter. If you see The Minivans are playing, don’t miss them! Great beer selection and the food keeps getting better. Usually not too crowded and they have a pool table. I did not try the igloos but they look cool!

Lively in the winter which is nice. Very courteous waitress who went above and beyond. Food came out very quick and was pretty good overall! Only issue was they sat us between the two bathrooms…not very pleasant. Lots of other open tables but oh well.

Also have outdoor fire pits and nice igloos for winter dining.

Staff is very friendly. Loved the igloos! They are heated, but dress for the weather. It is cool unless you get the direct sun. DInner and Sunday brunch they need reservations. It was nice to have a beverage around the fire out side. There is plenty of seating indoors and a large bar area too. Try your luck at the curling area too. See the hostess about that too.
