Everything was phenomenal! Started with spinach and artichoke dip in a fresh-baked sourdough bread bowl. This was so good I even ate all the bread. I had the brisket and shrimp with sweet potato fries. Their homemade BBQ sauce and rubs are delicious, as well as jalapeño cheese sauce for dipping. Dessert was a fresh made waffle with maple syrup and apple ice cream. Again, super tasty. This place will be a regular stop and I’ve been telling everyone about it.

Update: 2023. Liqueor license acquired. Several local brews from Berkshire and Moon Hill. Burger hit the temp this time though still needs some work. Pretzel bites were good as was the chocolate cheese cake. Overall might try again.
First. Cautiously optimistic. Staff is friendly. A wide spread of pub food. No liquor license yet and some growing pains, burger missed the temp, but we will try again.

I ordered a salad that I substituted red onion fir cucumbers, but there was no cucumbers. Which is fine, mistakes happen. The salad was small and there was little to no meat. There were chunks of soggy chicken skin and the bacon was severely rubbery. It was a $17 salad, I honestly expected more.

I made a reservation for 4 people at 5:00pm. It was a 40 minute drive to get there. When we arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered and then waited and waited. When the food finally arrived 40 minutes later, the brisket had 2 pieces of meat the size of a quarter. The rest was fat with more onions then meat, plus it was WAY too salty. I left most of it on my plate. The side of mac & cheese had little flavor and was barely warm, my husband had fish that smelled terrible and was undercooked, my daughter’s stir fry didn’t have much flavor and the rice didn’t pair well with it, my son-in-law’s Reuben was just okay, and the onion rings we’re very thick. The bill was over $100 (no alcohol). We were disappointed. Overall experience was 5 out of 10. Not sure we’ll go back.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. We ordered 4 different drinks, all were amazing and worth the price. The spicy jam burger was incredible, wrap was great, and my father said the reuben was the best he as ever had. Great service as well. We will be back many, many times. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from going!

Toni the waitress was amazing and very helpful. The food was wonderful.
I had the Farro salad which I had never had before and was glad I tried it boy was it very yummy. The baked haddock was fresh and cooked perfectly nice and flaky. And the coleslaw was not over dressed which I was pleasantly surprised. The spice rub was amazing. My friend had the fries with the rub and it was so delicious.
Definitely going back.

Food was okay, definitely overpriced. Got the brisket, it was a little dry. Good flavor. My wife got the half chicken and shrimp. Chicken was also a little dry. I’m not a cheap guy, but I think I thought it was a bit overpriced. Service was good, very friendly staff. Atmosphere was great, I grew up in town and can’t believe what they have done with the place.

I really can’t figure out why this place isn’t busier. We had burgers, a pulled pork sandwich and chicken tenders and everything was excellent. They have very unique French fries that are awesome. They focus on all local draft beer. Pricing is good for what you get.
This is the best restaurant within a 10 miles radius of this location, and it’s never very busy. I just can’t figure it out.

We live right down the road from the Barre Patch and had heard some mixed reviews from folks who first visited the restaurant but I have to say that our entire family’s meal was truly fantastic. The fries were off the charts and the burger was beautifully made. I had the fish and chips and the haddock was fresh and had a unique, crispy batter that we were all very impressed with. Great beer selection, awesome wait staff, and an overall great atmosphere to have dinner in (especially since it was where we originally bought our wood stove back when it was Higgin’s Energy). I would recommend the Barre Patch to anyone in the area and I am so happy to have another great business in the greater Worcester / Quabbin area. Cheers!

The most fun with friends I have ever had in a very long time. So let me start we had 10 of us and the place was buzzing busy. We walked it and was greeted with such welcoming smiles. They never showed there was a problem with receiving a large hungry crowd. I will say we was all a little loud and rowdy. Here is where is gets better. We sat at the bar and the server made is feel like she was part of the group and joined in with our great moods. We all laughed and ate and drank and had several hours of fun. The food was excellent and the drinks was good too. Will not hesitate to go back and we all highly recommend going
