Walked over from the hotel after getting a 5 off 25 card and had the queso and fired pickles with a few LITs. Food was quick, warm, and tasty and drinks were stout and all was very affordable.

What a great place to get a bite to eat and have a drink! Good prices on both the food and their mixed drinks. I’ve been coming here for years since working in a neighboring restaurant. Haven’t been disappointed yet. Easily one of the best steak phillies you can find! Both the staff and patrons always seem to be in a good mood and friendly.

Was a patron when it first opened and would meet friends weekly after work. After a year the service and food declined so we found a new place to meet. Yearly we would give it a try and it was the same old thing, terrible service. Each attempt to give it a try we would write a review and never once get a reply, I would guess around 12 to 15 years. I for the life of me can’t figure out how this place stays in business.

Bar West has the potential to be a wonderful neighborhood bar. Bartender was very friendly and provided great service. Unfortunately, there seems to be a few regulars that believe they run this establishment and are costing ownership a lot of money. They treat staff and customers rudely which is not good. They sit at the bar near the front door for greatest impact.
