I didn’t have a single problem with this place! On Saturday the mimosas are strong and plentiful. My family absolutely insisted we try their French toast. I myself was only there for one thing, deep fried bacon. I had to try a serving with a side of gravy and I wasn’t disappointed at all. They’re not overly meaty prices but the breading still can’t hide the flavor. I had pork chops and eggs with a muffin and I enjoyed every single bite. The pork chop is nice and juicy and the eggs were fluffy. The atmosphere is just one of a kind including a wall filled with vintage beer cans, a huge bar, and a stage. Servers were friendly and while there were no black women up front I only saw one shift… and it is Texas. Food is definitely worth it. Thanks so much everyone.

Very interesting place… Brings you back into the 80s. Service was great, food and drinks were good. I liked the atmosphere but the music was just a tad too loud to have a good conversation. Interesting detail – smoking is allowed inside (80s – ), so if you are allergic this is not the place for you

This restaurant got frozen in time. The vibe was great. Playing some classic rock. The inside smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We sat outside in this nice patio. Service was amazing. I got the grilled catfish lemon pepper and it was pretty delicious. So we’re the onion rings. I highly recommend getting the sweet potatoes fries. I’m not huge on sweet potatoes but these were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I’ve eaten here in the past on a weekly basis and their food was delicious, their corn bread was outstanding! Unfortunately this time all of our food was burnt and dry. The corn bread was tough and not great tasting. The meat on my burger was dry and burnt, the Jalapeño poppers…burnt and hard. Very disappointed

I will never be back to this place! I came here 9 years ago and was disappointed in the food but we decided to come back 9 years later the other day for my birthday in hopes the food would be better. Not only was the food horrible but the service was so bad! The waitress acted like she could care less to be there and serve us. People who act like children are a burden when they are just being children need to work in a place where there won’t be children. The waitress ended up leaving before we were done but I’m glad because she didn’t deserve any of the tips. I will not recommend this place to anyone! Super disappointed and wish we would have picked a different place for my 30th birthday and my first birthday ever after losing my father. This place is a disgrace.

Neat little spot! Great atmosphere with plenty of memorabilia to look at. The burgers were delicious. We had the bar burger and the mushroom swiss. The homemade chips are a must try. The okra was tasty.
