The Balcony is a great spot for steak lovers! The ribeye I ordered was cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and juicy inside. My friend loved the filet mignon; it was super tender. The upstairs mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, and we had to tried the blueberry cobbler cheesecake for dessert—it was rich and yummy! Emma was phenomenal during our time there as well. Overall, The Balcony is definitely worth a visit for a tasty meal!

Was told by the host that the steaks were same on menu upstairs (Balcony). We had eaten at Oxford Steakhouse previously & 2 people in our party were looking forward to the NY strip…. Which was NOT on the Balcony Menu!!! Service was slow & obviously steak choice that was on the Balcony menu, Ribeye, was extremely fatty. If you want good food eat DOWNSTAIRS! If you want bar food, drinks & a cute atmosphere, eat UPSTAIRS… This was our special family night out. Entire family traveled 6 hours to visit our college student…. Huge disappointment!!

While it was a busy Friday night in Oxford Square, the hostess was letting a woman run the show when trying to see how long the wait was. This woman was obnoxious and bossy. I asked her if she was on the payroll. She said no she was just waiting for a table. We put our name on the waitlist which we were told an hour. I never received a text saying our table was ready. We will not be going back to this establishment after this sort of behavior.
