Every time I come here to eat the service gets better and better. Just walking inside makes me feel at home. Everyone greets you with a warm smile, never have to wait for a refill. The food…. don’t get me started on the food. Sooooo good. I would give 20 stars if I could. If you’re in the mood for some great food and you’re not at The Balcony you’re missing out.

Had ribeye steak and blackened shrimp with cup of chicken and sausage gumbo.
Gumbo was little bland with a lighter roux.
Steak was cook as asked for but it was also bland.
The blackened shrimp was on point and best part of meal.
All in all good and service was polite and professional.

Our encouragement group life,Together!, (31 people that particular day) had chosen to meet at The Balcony I reserved the banquet room and I have been able to schedule it again for this month August 2024.
Most of our attendees chose to dine from the buffet and were delighted with the variety and abundance of food. A few ordered separately and were also delighted ! Our waitress, the owner, and others of the staff checked on us constantly to refill glasses, check on how we were enjoying our food and asking if they could get us anything else we needed. The buffet was constantly refilled, including dessert.
We are looking forward to our Encouragement group meeting there on the 15th !

What an amazing meal! Gumbo, boudin balls, and roast beef po boy. All superb…better than any other Cajun / seafood restaurant for many miles, and rivaling the best restaurants/joints in New Orleans. I will be back for sure!
