Went for a quick bite after my tour of Biltmore estate and before heading out for the gardens and winery. Asked the staff if I could have their chicken caesar wrap box without the chips, and they declined. So had a spinach+feta croissant instead, which was alright, but definitely over-priced. Food is all pre-prepared, so it’s quick.

The Biltmore Bake Shop is a nice place to sit and enjoy a pastry. It is also very busy and the lines are not too orderly. The pastries were very good and we enjoyed them. The service was okay but not very outgoing. They also have a wide variety of beverages, cookies and even serve some alcoholic beverages. It is worth a visit and enjoyable.

Rude employee making hot drinks for customers (she had black hair and a beanie on). Asked a few times what the drinks were that she was handing out to us, and she had such a bad attitude. We were there 12/26 and I can’t believe her customer service during such a busy time for the Biltmore. Extremely disappointed

We picked up Kaluah Hot Chocolate and cookies after our Candle Light Christmas tour. I was very happy to find that they had a Gluten-free Butterscotch Cookie that was absolutely delicious and went well with the hot chocolate. My husband had a chocolate chip cookie that was really good. They do have hours that vary. We made it just as they were closing.

Quick snack after touring the house. I bought a coke and a raspberry cream cheese Danish. It was fresh. The young lady warned it up for a few seconds. Service was good and the staff very friendly.

Really good coffees and so nice to have them on a chilly morning before entering the Biltmore House!

After we toured the Biltmore, my wife and I stopped at the Bake Shop for Kahlúa hot chocolate and cookies. They even had a gluten free butterscotch cookie that she could have. Tasty treats for sure.

They opened late. Ordered a plain bagel, not toasted, with cream cheese. Took 10 minutes to get. The older gentleman who was working the cash register was the only one working. The other employees were too busy getting themselves coffee drinks and talking to care about the customers. Pass on this one.

Meatballs meal and chicken salad sandwich were good. Not too long of a wait. Convenient location near the Biltmore House. A good alternative for a quick meal. 20% pass holder discount.
