Update: tried Bagel Tree again because I wanted to give it another shot and it was so horrible we threw most of the sandwiches we ordered away (one had multiple obvious hairs inside the sandwich). We were missing cheese for some sandwiches and this is the second time we struggled to pull the papered alnimum foil off food. The bagels were fine but but lack cream cheese which just screams how downhill this place has gone. There’s no way to try to be nice or sugar coat it anymore, the food is literally inedible. Unless something changes, I don’t see this place staying around much longer with the ignorance to constructive criticism. There’s too many locals who just can’t support eating here anymore and despite trying to stay positive, I’ve joined that group.
I really did not want to write this review and I’ve put it off. The point of reviews is to help others decide to eat at an establishment though, and unfortunately there are better options than Bagel Tree.
We’ve been coming here for 9 years without issues. We recommend the tree to everyone and anyone for a good bagel, breakfast sandwich etc. Bagel Tree has been a staple in our busy house and something we looked forward to it.
In the past year or so, the quality has gone downhill. Something has changed there and in almost every one of our orders, something is forgotten or a bagel is burned, thin cream cheese etc. We continued to support, hoping Bagel Tree would round a corner but today they forgot a bagel with CC from our order and I feel we’re just done. Man did we try though. It’s honestly pretty sad and I hope Bagel Tree takes the constructive criticism they receive from all their reviews and really works to get back to how they once were. We’re still rooting for them and will likely give them another shot in a few months, hoping for improvement!

This is an asiago bagel? It’s literally a piece of cheese on a a half raw bagel.. not even incorporated into the bagel, comes off after one bite.. don’t go here.. save yourself.

This Bagel shop is convenient being on Route 23 with a pickup drive thru window and has great products. Patrons beware of being charged different prices for the same items depending on who charges you or better yet who gives the cashier the prices. This should not be this way. The same sandwich daily should be the same price not whatever they think for the day. Note: I did speak to owner/manager and was told that they can’t control this. Well if they can’t control correct prices being charged, then who can? Educate your people to know prices before putting them on a register.

Just stopped at the new location for a salted bagel with scallion cream cheese. Totally disappointing, the bagel is small from the last time I was there, it’s been awhile. Bagel is hard, taste like yesterdays, and cheap on scallion cream cheese. I can’t believe I paid almost $5.00 for this. I definitely will not be returning.I was looking so forward to it, very disappointed.

Second time at bagel tree’s new shop, ordered western omelette with home fries and wheat toast.
Omelette perfectly cooked and delicious, home fries crispy, browned, delicious, and the bread had just the right balance of butter and toasted flavor.

Both Bagel Tree locations have the best bagels in the county. Size, taste, “chewiness” , all tops. Also, the crumb cake is perfect with their great coffee.

Honestly disappointed. Spent over $40 and nothing was good. The bagel sandwich came with Taylor ham chopped into the eggs instead of actual slices, and it just threw the whole thing off. The prices here are way up there, and for what you get, it’s definitely not worth it. Nothing is worse than spending that much money on food that ends up being horrible.

I’ve been coming here on and off for the 6 years that I’ve lived in the area and this morning will probably be the last time. I order the exact same thing every time…bacon, egg, cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, ketchup and extra bacon. The order before this one I thought was a little light on the bacon, but I thought it was a one-off. This morning I ordered 3 and all three looked like the two I took pics of….no salt, pepper or ketchup and does this look like extra bacon??? So I get charged $24.00 for 3 sandwiches that have maybe 2 or 2 1/2 slices of bacon. If I wanted to get bent over, I would go to prison.
