First time here, I want to say that the place is well designed and clean, the service was quick and great. The wrap I got was ok but I was super hungry lol so I ate it. Had a mini bagel w/cc. I liked it very much. New spot it seems like, got location. Plenty of parking available!

I’ve been here twice this week (I’m visiting from out of state but grew up around here) and loved the food – got a dozen bagels and cream cheese the other day and lunch today, everything was great!! The pricing is beyond reasonable as well. I’m not going to call out another local deli but I got myself a hero, bag of chips and a drink there and it was $19. Today I got two sandwiches (on bagels, not hero’s), a soda and they gave me chips on the side and the total was $23. If I got heros, it would have been $2 more for each so $27…$8 more to feed a whole other person and the sandwiches were THICK, the other place, not so much.

Clean,nice shop. Friendly workers. The guy who took my order followed instructions! Bagel and veggie cream cheese was delicious. Will definitely be returning.Only thing I will recommend is that you put a ice bucket or add a fridge for the coffee station. No good to leave creamers, milks out in room temperature for long periods. Coffee taste solid though. Price very reasonable in my opinion.

Order from here through doordash fairly often. Always very pleased! Orders are packaged with care, even the little things (drinks are saran wrapped with a napkin for no spillage during delivery). Special instructions are always followed to a tee. These guys handle with care and it shows. Not to mention, the breakfast is damn good!!!

My wife and I found this place on accident when we were in LI over a year ago, so when we came back for a wedding last month I’m not going to stay we stayed close to The Bagel Shop so that we could eat there a few times, but that wouldn’t be a lie. Delicious bagels, and amazing coffee. I always get the Hungry Man. I wish we lived closer because the premade food in the cooler looks delicious. They are always busy in the mornings but very efficient so the line keeps moving and you get your food quickly. I look forward to coming back.

My business just moved to the area 2 months ago. Closest bagel place around, so we have gone there probably 15 times. anytime we order more than 2 things, they mess everything up. And Im talking like they just decide to do replacements for things they dont have without asking. order 2 Steak sandwiches and they only have enough for 1? They just throw in a chicken cutlet instead. Like I am standing there, you can just ask me. and when you call them, they say “oh sorry we were out” and give you an attitude. “come back in and well fix it” ok no problem. Mess it up again, I assume this time on purpose. I assume the owner doesnt know, but he should know its time to clean house, and get all new employees. I have told my warehouse of 15 people to not bother going to this place.

If i could rate this place a 0 i would. As local food lover with active social media presence in the food industry I would like to share my story. At work I look forward to Lunch everyday as it is our favorite part of the day for us. My Coworker and I had ordered two Steak Tidbit heros. What I RECEIVED was one Steak Tidbit with 3 pieces of steak on a ROLL and a TURKEY CLUB sandwich.. To think it would end there I went to call and you can’t get intouch with them. I had to beg my boss to go back and waste time out of my busy day! Upon going back they tell me there system is down, I come to find out they knew the whole time and ran out of steak! They didn’t think to tell me when I went to pick up! Guess the default sandwich is a turkey club LMFAO. Finally after making a scene i settle for a free chicken hero that the bread was stale and the sandwich was terrible. We have blacklisted this place in the office and will never order again. I still can’t believe this happened, talk about bad customer service!
