Only reason they make up prices on the new person not from there my sandwich is advertised as 6.95 but when I come in they wanna charge me an extra 2 dollars. Then I ask them about it they said we just changed the price when I came in. Very deceptive practices. And I never seen my tailor ham burnt and crisp like this.

I’m a repeat customer of the Bagel Shop because of their friendly service, tasty food, and small breakfast shop aesthetic. Prices are reasonable, they offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options, and also great tasting coffee and tea. They do get busy during peak hours and parking may be limited but well worth it to check out! Love supporting the local businesses, I can tell the owner and staff are passionate about what they do!

Really enjoyed this gem. Approx 5 minutes from my hotel, the area is so beautiful to walk around shops and embrace the history of the town. Food was off the chain 10/10 would recommend. Staff was super friendly, efficient and definitely know how to multi task. Great flavor espresso if you’re looking for good coffee I approve! Freshly squeezed OJ so good we had to buy a second bottle! The kids LOVED the French toast and I could tell every ingredient was fresh!

orderd on uber eats the first time i specifically said no meat no cheese on eggs they sent that and i called again for another order they gave me dry home fries which are not even home fries a omelette with raw peppers and onions no toast no salt no pepper and manager was very nasty towards me telling me he doesnt have time to waste on my food. Will not be ordering from them again. Nasty workers .If they followed instructions they wouldnt be having issues

I ate at “The Bagel Shop” since 16. That meant that I had lots of bagels and coffee throughout my time, plus a bunch of pork roll and multiple breakfast platters. The bagels here are good. They have a select variety of cream cheese, but not as much as Mills or any other bagel chain.
The store is quaint, but has great prices with their food and drinks. They also sell soups too, particularly chicken noodle soup as a classic side dish. I recommend eating here because Hyman and Neal are very personable and kind. They are willing to give suggestions for food if needed!

Everyone there is extremely hard working, polite and very attentive to your order and any special needs.
It’s a lovely meeting place right after 8am mass at Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church that’s a block away.

I started coming here for their gluten-free bagels. The manager had told me they were sourced from a local woman who made them, and they were delicious, though sometimes out of stock for a few days at a time. Recently, it seems they’ve changed suppliers or started making them in house, and the quality has dropped significantly. The bagels are now very small, break easily, and don’t hold the fillings well. They also no longer bother to cut them in half probably due to how small and brittle they are. In addition, the weekend service is very poor. The place gets busy, and orders are often forgotten. Today I waited 45 minutes for a bagel and a wrap, and the girls at the counter didn’t seem trained or sure what to do. Instead of offering an explanation or trying to help, they just thought it was best to walk away. Their prices here aren’t cheap, and I don’t mind paying for good food and service, but unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore

We used to get food from Bagel Shop all the time. Our last order though was not very good and overall not the best experience. There were missing items, certain food tasted off, food items were all smushed – left us with pretty much no breakfast that morning for several people. Reached out to Bagel Shop to at least be refunded for the missing items and they kindly offered to send a replacement meal which was awesome. We confirmed all the details and then they never came through… left us with another breakfast with no food for our group. Tried contacting them several times not only to confirm the re-delivery but to also follow up and see what happened when they never showed… radio silence. Not a good experience for us.
