First off I will start with the fact that I come here 1-3 times a week. I want to love this place but the experience is different every time. Secondly I order the same two sandwiches every time. 2 bacon egg and cheese with ham added to one and sausage to the other. At least on 10 different occasions in the past 2 months both sandwiches would be missing one of the proteins I paid for. That’s 4 dollars every time. This time I went inside and specified that I’ve been missing the proteins and to please take care of it. Also 6 girls were on staff with only one cooking. I waited 25 minutes and received the order with both proteins but on the wrong type of bagel. Which has also been done before. Upon opening and showing them they continued to question me and needed to look at the receipt. They also sold the last jalapeño bagel while I was waiting so they couldn’t remake one even if they would have offered! (They didn’t) So I took them and left. Which leaves me finally writing about my experiences. I hope someone sees this review and fixes it because this cannot be happening to just myself since it is so frequently occurring. They might have officially lost me as a customer. Frozen bagels and breakfast sandwiches are not reinventing the wheel. Wish you all luck if you eat here. Hope they fix this staff and training issue.

I never write reviews. Like EVER. But oh my goodness if these weren’t THE BEST Bagels I have ever had!!!! The variety of cream cheese is amazing as well. I love the sweeter options. I originally ordered them as a quick breakfast to cure my hangover lol. And ended up finding one of the best bagel spots ever!!

I had high hopes about this place and it honestly broke my heart! I ordered a veggie and cheese bagle sandwich and it came with bacon wrapped up with it. As a vegetarian I couldn’t eat it at that point. I wish I had taken a picture of my cofee before I dumped it order with oakmilk and you couldnt taste or see any in it, it was very dark. Terrible couldn’t drink it. Would give 0 star if possible. Disappointing experience.

This place is my new favorite bagel shop! I was impressed with the variety of bagels and cream cheeses for sale! The baked oatmeal looked good as well. They also sell bagel breakfast sandwiches with bacon, sausage, pork roll, egg, cheese, etc. There was a nice selection of drink choices and hot coffee. They even have a large selection of bagel sandwiches for lunch with soups and salads too.

My son orders from here all the time. So I decided to see what all the hype was about. Now my son’s a body builder so he eats this on his cheat days and I see why. Well I tried a bacon, egg, and cheese on a french toast bagel and I was hooked off the first bite. Real egg, real bacon, and really delicious This beat Panera hands down Top two for breakfast sandwiches. I used the drive thru. Three to five minutes tops for wait. I will be back! Thank you for your dedication to quality food at affordable prices.
