When I explained that this was frustrating given how far we live, he said, “There’s nothing else I can do unless you want to bring it all back for a full refund.” I told him that was fine and that we wouldn’t be back based on the customer service alone. His response was, “Okay, bye bye.”
So we wasted 30 minutes round trip and ended up with one of us not having breakfast. We definitely won’t be back. You can get much better bagel sandwiches at Bagel Cafe or Life’s a Bagel for half the price anyway.
Today, for the first time, they burned a bagel. My first reaction was, “No problem—I’ll call and they’ll make it right.” I wasn’t even upset at first, because mistakes happen.
Unfortunately, the manager had an attitude and handled the situation poorly. He said he would refund it, but the apology felt sarcastic and unprofessional.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is not how loyal customers should be treated.
I’m currently on vacation in Las Vegas and really wanted a good bagel and omelette, and this place completely delivered. The portions are generous and everything tastes fresh and well prepared.
I ordered the Greek omelette, which was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I also had a bagel with chive cream cheese and bacon, and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel had the perfect texture and the combination with the cream cheese and bacon was just fantastic.
If you’re looking for a solid breakfast spot in Las Vegas, with great flavors and portions that will definitely satisfy you, this place is a great choice. Highly recommended.
Also make sure to try their flavoured coffees. My favorite is the “Gingerbread Cookie”
I arrived entered at 4PM and it did not feel welcoming, which was strange. All the chairs were stacked up, garbage bins pulled out, wet floor signs throughout the walkway, staff were clearing bagels out from the shelves and the cream cheeses were being taken to the back. It’s like they were doing their closing taskers but it was a full hour before they closed. Maybe It’s because I came in the evening rather than earlier in the day?
This part confuses me – I guess the quality is better, in the morning? Not sure why the experience would taper if they don’t close until 5?
After about 10 minutes after ordering, staff had apologized to us for the wait and said we could unstack the chairs if we wanted to sit and wait.
After receiving our food, we had to leave to eat as the chairs were already stacked up.
Tearing my bagel paper open, the ‘Mother Clucker’ looked promising. Full of dynamic and hearty ingredients. After the first couple bites, I was confused. It tasted literally like nothing despite all the ingredients. It was bland.
Overall, this experience was just confusing. I think if I came back here it would have to be earlier in the day, and maybe a different order – maybe more of a signature or flagship sandwich.
