My first time here, so have to agree with others, there needs to be signage where they would like you to order.
They have a great selection, I chose 1 salt and 1 jalapeno bagel both toasted with cream cheese. Plenty of cream cheese which was appreciated.
The jalapeno had just the right amount of “kick” the salt was salty and crispy just how I like it.
The gentleman was very friendly.

I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese. The woman working asked if I wanted it toasted and I didn’t hear her (it was very loud and she was talking very softly) and she got really annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. After putting my bagel in the toaster, my friend asked for the lox bagel. That sounded good, so I asked if I could actually do that on the bagel that was already toasting rather than just cream cheese. I didn’t think this was an unreasonable request since she hadn’t done anything with the bagel yet. I think she thought I was asking for a different bagel, so she rolled her eyes and went and grabbed a new one. I told her no, don’t get a new one, just use the bagel that is already toasting and add lox to it. She shook her head at me and aggressively started cutting the new bagel and putting cream cheese on it. Then she wrapped it up and tossed it on the counter and asked me to pay. I explained again that I told her I didn’t want a new bagel, I just wanted to add lox to the bagel she had already started for me. She got very upset again and finally finished our order slamming things around and sighing. It was not busy at all, so I am not sure why she was so irritated, but that experience was enough to make me not want to come back! The bagel itself was pretty good, but not good enough to brave the wrath of the cranky bagel lady again!

First time at this shop. Delicious bagels! I had never tried a bialy bagel before and did so today. It was full of flavor and texture. I ordered it with an “American omelette”. Staff are super friendly and professional. I will definitely stop by this little gem again. Thank you Bagel Factory!
