Unfriendly impatient order taker. Bagels were good but the atmosphere is cold. I felt rushed by the order taker and no one was behind me. Disappointed with the unpleasant order staff. These people are family with Pasta Pesto and Marvis where we were treated so very well. Next time I go, I will use take out, not eat in. Unpleasant experience but great bagels.

Very busy which is great however someone grabbed our order and then returned it. Right in front of me, the woman tried to hand it back to us after it left the building with someone else. I asked them to remake it. They called like 5 mins laters , original wait time was 15 minutes. I was just concerned if the food went out and was touched by another person. I really hope they remade it but to me honest, I can’t confirm. For this only it’s 3 stars and I won’t return.

I made the mistake of thinking I’d get a good bagel in south jersey. These bagels are just dough in the shape of a bagel. A bagel is not a bagel unless it’s boiled. These are not boiled. A bagel is usually crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These are not. They should change their name to Round Dough Depot.

I had a severe craving for a bagel! I can’t eat Thomas’s too dense and doughy! So I did a search of bagel shops near me and up popped the Bagel Depot and I was in Bagel heaven! I bought a bakers dozen half sesame and half everything and what I noticed was the bagels had the toppings on both sides and not just the top of the bagel and they were light and taste delicious. This is NOW my Wild wood go to place for bagels, oh and I’d be remiss if I didn’t say that the staff were warm and courteous! Thanks folks I’ll be back

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday 5/12/25 and we were very disappointed. We both got pork roll breakfast sandwiches, the bagels were not even toasted and pork roll was barely cooked, still raw basically. I also got an iced coffee and when I put the creamer they had into my coffee, it was gelatinous All of their drinks in the front cooler were also expired. Idk if it was because it was the beginning of the season, or if it was just the B team on yesterday morning lol but we probably won’t be back. Super pricey and can get better quality for the same price somewhere else on the island. Save your money and go somewhere better!

Wow. The bagel Depot’s breakfast sandwiches are so good. The Mexico City is Messy but it’s up there as one of the most delicious breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. No hot sauce needed!

Ordered delivery in the morning. Food showed up hot and fresh, generous portions. Omelette had a good amount of cheese unlike most places, and it came with a bagel and home fries. My girlfriend had the French toast with fresh fruit and she enjoyed it. Price was great and well definitely order here again

I’m a local born & raised. I’m 37 years old, never have I bought food that was so freshly made from scratch & taste the freshness, love, deliciousness & pride in every bite!!! The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. The place was immaculate & beautiful! A must favorite now anytime I want top notch food!!! I even bought 2 lovely sweat shirts with their name on it, one for my Mom and one for myself! I can’t wait to wear mine! Never have I bought a piece of advertising for any company. I’ll definitely wear my Bagel Depot with pride!
