Stopped here just passing through but craving a bagel with lxx. Their definition of lox (and charging $9.50) was ONE piece of salmon per bagel half. Bagels were underbaked and their definition of “toasted” Is the opposite of toasted. Staff were nice and friendly but I should have just ordered a bagel with cream cheese for $2.50.

The Bagel Co. is my go-to Saturday breakfast spot, so many options that you truly can’t go wrong. The new location is awesome, and the drive-through is a game changer. Not having to worry about parking….. Stellar.

I was recently in Salt Lake City and tried a bagel place right around the corner just to see how a big-city chain stacked up against a small-town, family-owned spot. Safe to say… I’ll never get a bagel that isn’t from The Bagel Co. again.

Yes, sometimes the lines are long and it can take a minute—but that’s because people love this place, and it’s always worth the wait. The staff works hard, even on busy days, and anyone who’s worked with food knows how hectic it can get. A little patience and kindness go a long way, and this team absolutely deserves it.

Keep up the amazing work—you’ve earned every bit of success

A great spot for grab and go breakfast or dropping in for lunch. They just added a local fermentation company’s kimchi and sauerkraut to the cooler and for adding to sandwiches! What a cool local collaboration!

The new location seems great but the staff needs to be better about orders. I got a pretty basic egg, cheese, and meat sandwich and not only was the meat incorrect there was no cheese on it either. To get home and be disappointed was an understatement. I’d rather drive into the farther location to get my order right but instead I’ll just go someplace else for my breakfast…I’m only leaving a 3 when it should be lower but I love Bagel Co and normally at the other two established locations they always do great.

Bagels are great, but the customer service leaves alot to be desired. Staff needs to be trained better or they need to be more selective with who they hire. It makes me not want to order from there because I know I’ll have to deal with the staff.

So disappointed in new drive through location. We were so excited to have a bagley company closer to where we live. We stopped yesterday, waited 15 minutes after the car in front of us for their order and left. No one ever came to wait on us so we left. Did not assist that there were any customers inside.

The bagel we had was okay – noting crazy great. I am not sure why there are reviews with gluten free options mentioned, they do NOT have gluten free options at all. I think they forgot to add the vanilla flavor to my latte, it was not sweet whatsoever. The store itself is cute, it looked like they have a separate area for events or something? I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

I love the food they have here. But when you go inside and order and wait 35 and still dont get your food. For a bagel. Then they couldn’t even find my order. So I got my money back and left.

This review is for the bagel company on 11th Ave in Helena. I came to the bagel company today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Let me first say that it was hidden behind a tree and I had never even seen it before. I had a gift card to spend and I was ready to get some bagels for my family.

So I explained I had never been there before and I was choosing bagels and adding everything up to equal the gift card value, and then I experienced the MOST amazing kindness from Kenzie, one of the girls behind the counter.

When I finished, she said the total was $30.95, and I said oh no, the card was only for $25, and Kenzie said “Don’t worry, I can take care of the difference”, and I thought wow cool, she’ll adjust the price or whatever, and I went to get some water. When I turned around I saw her pull her own card from her purse and stick it in the card machine to pay the additional $5.95!!!

So I was like OMG! I didn’t want you to pay for part of my purchase!! So I gave her some cash, but I was absolutely blown away by her kindness towards me by being willing to cover nearly $6 of my purchase! It was truly amazing and unbelievable, and Kenzie went above and beyond and she deserves recognition and praise for her

I ordered the veggie bagel, website menu says it comes with mayo & mustard and no cream cheese. My wife confirmed when we ordered, no cheese. Bagel was served with cream cheese. I ate some of it before I realized. I can’t eat dairy, now I will be sick. Not good. The sandwich was remade with no spread and no avocado and is dry. Bagels are tiny. Really bad.
