Super impressed with Bagel Bar! Not only are the employees friendly and helpful, but I had the tastiest raspberry coffee I’ve ever had! Also, my girlfriend gets the Milky Way shakerado all the time and loves it. Lastly, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel and it was incredible. The place is great, lots of parking and tables inside to enjoy your order. This is a must try!

Fresh bagels, perfectly melted cheese delicious eggs, crispy bacon, could you ask for more!? Get the New Yorker! I had heard about this gem and was so grateful I had the chance to try it on my visit from Virginia. Get a shaken espresso too! Absolute fire! Side note, the owners seem to be two of the nicest people I’ve ever met, while their entire staff met me with a smile! I will definitely be back!

I ordered the lox sandwich on an egg bagel with cream cheese. They gave me a sandwich WITHOUT the lox. No apologies and no reassurance of getting me what I ordered when I called. Manager asked for my receipt which they did NOT even give me as I had paid by credit card. Asked me to bring my sandwich back right away assuming I have nothing else to do in my day. Unfortunately I had to take my kid to swim class and afterwards I work. I ordered this for my breakfast which you don’t want me to eat and want me to actually bring back because YOU forgot to put LOX on it. What kind of service is this?! So I brought half of that back (I had to eat something for breakfast). No apologies from them when they refunded my “lox” bagel. Bad service, bad manager, and awful experience. Been here multiple times and sometimes service is slow and other times, they forget something but I loved the lox. Now, would not even get lox here, not worth my time. Will not recommend nor go here again

I will say customer service with a smile hasn’t left the bagel bar. Haven’t been in in a bit seeing I’ve been on a restrictive diet, but woke up today January 14th and was craving the turkey feta egg protein sandwich that was on I believe a whole grain or wheat muffin. I saw this sandwich being advertised on there instagram so if your not following, go and press that button. Definitely a go to sandwich before the gym. I would have taking a photo, but it was gone before I could get my camera out. Thanks for lunch Bagel Bar.

mediocre bagel sandwich. ordered a turkey BLT and the salad was all chopped up so falling everywhere. there was barely any spread on the bagel so it was dry. their coffee taste like it was made out of tap water. i should’ve read the reviews before stopping by. one & done kind of establishment.

Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place – got a French vanilla shakerato – it was so good that I went 20 min out of my way the next day to get another before heading back home! Bagels and muffins were also a big hit with the out of towners! I will definitely stop in anytime I am around the area!

I come from Bedford to the Bagel Bar and they never disappoint! Staff is courteous, friendly and prompt. It’s always clean inside and their food and drinks are delicious!

Their bagels are so delicious! Whether you get a sandwich, spread, or just as is. Their coffees are also very good!! My favorite is the Nutella shakerato! Reasonably priced as well!

If 0 was an option for service, I would give it that. However, two of the girls were very sweet, however, Meghan was beyond rude. I’m shocked.
They put the wrong spread on my bagel, so I came back and asked for it to be corrected. Two girls apologized and called Meghan who came up, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t apologize, and grabbed by bag with an attitude and walked to the back.
She then came up and said it was the correct spread, I said it doesn’t taste like jalapeños, it tastes like something else, maybe chives, but unsure exactly.
She then said “well we don’t have chive spread” to which I replied that again I wasn’t sure the flavor it just wasn’t jalapeño. I even went as far to say “I’m sorry (something she never said) if I am incorrect, but that really doesn’t taste like jalapeño.” She rolled her eyes and made me another.
Then she came back and flung my bag on the counter, didn’t apologize, and walked off.
I then said “excuse me, what’s your name?” And without turning around she declares “Meghan”.
I then let her know I did not appreciate how rude she was being, thanked the other two girls reassuring they were sweet, then left.
As someone who lives under a mile away, I’ll drive the extra mile to go elsewhere.

3. You’re telling me to be considerate? How about you start with your employee.
4. If you don’t want them to be named, why did you name them in your response.
5. I will not be emailing w specific details… That is what this form is for.
6. It is pretty telling how this place is run when somebody complains about being disrespected, and the response doesn’t even include the word “sorry.”
7. Regarding gift card. No thanks – I’ll take business up the road to True North Coffee Cafe. Their bagels are better, and all employees are respectful.

This is a tasty spot for breakfast. The bagels are good and the service is friendly. I’d say it isn’t breaking any records but it is a consistently good spot. Often very busy and small inside, so be prepared to wait a bit and take it to go.
