Very nice place, large area to spend your time inside. They also have a large back patio that we will be returning to when the weather warms up The pizza was amazing and so we’re the wings. Good portions and a good price. Thanks to Quinton for the excellent service!!

This is the fourth time I’ve eaten here and while it is a decent bar the service when it comes to the restaurant side leaves a bit to be desired. The waite staff normally runs the bar at the same time and the struggle even on a slow night. Hopefully they improve as the do have some good pizza

Regret waiting so long to pop in to this gem. These folks are keeping it simple and I love it. The menu is small, limited to typical bar fare. However, they are nailing what they offer. The pizza is perfection for any thin crust lover. The atmosphere is relaxed, like you’re going to a friend’s house for a couple of beers. The space is filled with interesting kitsch items and it really honors the building’s history as a former body shop.

The Backyard in Taylorville, IL, is a relaxed and welcoming spot with great vibes. The pizza was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The outside patio is really cool, a great place to unwind and enjoy your meal, especially when the weather’s nice. Everyone there is super friendly and really wants you to have a good time. The pool table entertained my parents for hours. We went there after a wedding nearby and enjoyed it so much we’re already planning to go back!
