Very Rude, Short with you. Watch him deal with a nice young couple pay with there phone. Bartender was frustrated. Toss phone on bar at couple. Saw them on the plane and asked how they liked bartender. They asked if I saw him toss phone at them. I did. He needs FIRED. No excuse this was Monday 10/06 at 7:30 P.M

As a customer I witnessed so much bad customer service that, it is needed to be brought to attention. Uper management or owner needs to take action in this matter ASAP.

At one point in time a new bartender did shift change and all this started. Name is Steve or Rich please excuse me that I don’t remember 100%.

Try and send any of your family members or go under cover and experience the bad customer service this employee of yours gives the customer. He is kicking your customer out of the door with his actions.

As a business man you know how tired we can get waiting, working and eating on the go. Sometimes we only need peace and a drink sometimes it comes handy. Please read all the one star reviews I witnessed most of this same activity in a 30 to 45 minutes time frame. Until I had enough and had to walk away it was too much. If it was me I will fire the guy. It is unreal to receive a response from this guy like this; “If you don’t like it, the airport is big find your self a place to drink.” WHAT??? Few times he repeatedly did this action. Pretty impressive

Robert is a great bartender with excellent taste in music!! It was a pleasure to check out The B Lounge in Las Vegas. I don’t always sit down at bars at the airport, but i was not ready for the night to end after a full weekend in Vegas. I mean hey, it’s Vegas.

The vibes of the club made it into my Top 10 fav spots in town for a drink. There was an eclectic mix of guests at the bar, causing for fantastic conversation and a few laughs over a drink. So glad I had the opportunity to stop in!

This place is awesome! The only place to get a decent drink in the A gates. Bartenders with just the right amount of surly. Some of the best priced drinks of my whole trip. Simple but zesty bloody Marys, cool folks to chat with at the bar, fresh grab n go sandwiches and chips, plus several IPA options and it’s a win for this PNW gal!

False advertising on all fronts. Food is pre-made cold sandwiches in a case and bags of chips. Bartender was great and puts up with A LOT of complaints…. but glass of wine (9 ounce) at $27???? That’s more than a bottle plus tax plus fees! Avoid this place at all costs. And hey @HarryReidairport – take a cue from all other airports; Put in some real pubs/resturants with real food and drinks. People want that after dropping God knows how much money in various places of your town. This terminal is a wasteland of vending machines and advertising.

I think the lower reviewers may not be accustomed to an airport bar, especially one in the “cheap” wing of the Vegas airport since it is the wing with the cheaper flights. Let’s use out critical thinking caps and understand that cheaper airline tickets might affect the service of the bars/restaurants in the given wings of those cheaper flights. We were very happy with what we ordered and the bartender (Rich) was great, though we did get a seat AT the bar. It’s self-service in that the tables aren’t checked, so drinks have to be ordered at the hand-off to be taken to a table hourself. I skimmed the negative reviews before posting thus and will say that our bartender wasn’t the one others complained about, but the complaints sounded a little nit-picky regardless. It’s a great stop for what it is.

Awful experience. Bartender was rude and making disrespectful jokes to people and being misogynistic. He only knew how to pour a beer and make a 2 ingredient drink. Couldn’t even make an old fashioned. Or any cocktail for thay matter telling people no they can have that but he could give them a shot.

Really $12.45 for one beer???

It’s indeed quite the head-scratcher! ✈️ The airport drink prices can feel like a rollercoaster for your wallet , but think of it as an investment in the pre-flight experience! Sip wisely and enjoy the journey!

Stopped by on a long layover in Vegas. The first bartender was super nice in letting me know they have no food aside from Smartfood and pre-made sandwiches and was quite generous on the pour for my Bloody Mary. The bartenders got worse as the day went on. They were rude about food availability to other customers and were just generally not fun on a football Sunday. I probably won’t be back but I won’t say never.
