The atmosphere is very inviting with alot of room. The food was great. All of it looked better than the pictures and tasted just as good. I did go lite and ordered the Veggie scramble but I had to get a pancake with strawberries to replace the toast. The homemade maple syrup tasted more like carmel instead of maple but still pretty tasty. It did not disappoint. My husbands tri-tip farmers skillet looked delicious & he did not leave any for me even though the portions were big enough to share. The ordering style is counter order first then seat yourself. The food came out fast with no rush to get up and out when you were done so you can enjoy those backyard barn house feels. Overall would definitely show up with more folks to try.

The food here is excellent and the overall setup makes the place even more enjoyable. I really appreciate the variety of seating choices available. You can relax indoors, sit outside on the wraparound porch, or enjoy the open backyard area with picnic tables. It creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer.

A little corner full of flavor . We were visiting the area and my husband looked for a spot to take me for chilaquiles, and I finally found those traditional flavors that stay with you until the very last bite. They were full of taste and super generous . The coffee ☕ was delicious, and the staff took the time to come by our table to ask how everything was. They even brought us an order of avocado on the house .

Our first time here. Good food. I had the country breakfast platter. My wife had the garden omelette. We sat outside. Very nice day. You order inside then you receive a table friend that you set on your table. We received Nemo. Then they find you. My wife gave me her avocado from m her Omelette. It was very fresh and tasty. There is additional parking next door at the optometrist office.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Avocado House: Excellent Food and Must-Visit Staff
The Avocado House offers a truly wonderful breakfast. This was my first time visiting, and I had the classic plate (pictured here) with perfectly fluffy eggs, crispy home potatoes, and juicy sausage—it was fresh and absolutely delicious!
What truly sets this place apart is the stellar staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, easily making the service five-star.
The only slight drawback is the parking; spots are hard to find and very tight, making maneuvering difficult.
Verdict: Go for the amazing food and service, but give yourself extra time to handle the parking situation!

FANTASTIC!
Great selection of the usual breakfasts, and a whole host of other unique combinations. Try the Korean Bulgogi rib eye & eggs, rice, onions, Avocado… excellent quality, presentation, and portion size. Clean interior of a converted house, indoor & outdoor seating, including a large shaded yard.

Location: Okay ( look for the sign or you’ll pass it) Parking: Small area, did not see any parking along the road. Service, Okay Have to order inside, have a person hold down a table outside. Presentation: Okay nothing special to give it a “wow” factor. Overall: This was a first time try a my friend wanted to stop after passing numerous times. The location looks nice and well maintained. Most of the eating tables were out on the huge front porch which added to the eatery. Due to the small parking area I dropped of my guest and drove around 3 times until I saw a small family leave did I finally land. By the time I got to the table my friend had already gotten the menus and gave me a minute to make a voice before she walked in to order. The time it took to get our meal was not too long. I ordered a Rueben, which normally has a bit more based on the 20 places I have enjoyed them. This one seemed a little flat so I wanted to see if maybe the taste is where this sandwich shines. Again it was okay, but I was missing the amount of saurkraut that adds that punch. My guest ordered a breakfast meal and it was more the she could finish so she took it home. She was happy with her meal which was great. Like all restaurants, I would another item and see if other meals are better. The outside view was nice as the weather was about 70° with a light wind. So forthis visit… 3.7 stars….

The food is great. I love this place for the different seating options. There’s some seating inside, some seating outside on the porch area that wraps around the house and then there’s a backyard seating with picnic tables.
I had the veggie scramble and my husband had the breakfast platter. It came with pancakes, eggs and sausage. The pancakes are ridiculously delicious.

We had a nice breakfast at Avocado House! We visited on a Saturday morning and encountered a short line outside, but it moved quickly, and we found seating shortly after placing our order. Our group tried the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, country breakfast, and cinnamon roll French toast. While the cinnamon roll French toast didn’t quite capture the classic cinnamon roll flavor, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous.

The parking lot layout could be more efficient, but one of the employees came out to help us find a spot, which was appreciated. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a brunch spot in the area!

The breakfast sandwich was extremely underwhelming. It lacked flavor and I was given aged “fresh” fruit on the side. The eggs were not seasoned at all. I tried my husband’s chilaquiles and those were amazing. I wish I asked for that instead. The place was extremely packed and understaffed. Overhyped and overpriced in my opinion. We paid $74 for 3 meals and 2 drinks. No thanks.
