This is my favorite type of place: hole in the wall, delicious food, excellent service, no frills, and family- owned. We came here last night as a family of 5 and I wish I’d found this place sooner. We had calamari (perfection), grilled salmon, blackened salmon, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, hush puppies (also perfection), fried Oreos, and fresh mango juice. I can’t wait to go back and try the lobster roll and red snapper. They serve up everything with a smile. It’s hard to find good seafood in the area that isn’t all fried to death like keyport fishery, and this place has a good balance of both. Thank you for a delicious meal!

Despite the odd appearance of the white board paper on the wall, the place was clean, and the food was fresh and simply delicious. Batter is simple and crunchy. We did hush puppies and combo #1. Hush puppies were sweet, not to my taste, they’re a sweet corn mixture battered and fried. Combo #1 had a cod, shrimp, scallops, and fries. Cod was flaky and not too flavorful for my taste but the tarter sauce compliments it well. Shrimp and scallops were good. Coleslaw was saucy and good.

Anytime I have a craving for fish and chips, anchor is where I head. Can say enough about how delicious it is. Even their tartar sauce and coleslaw are noteworthy. I’m not even a fan of crinkle cut fries, but it works at anchor. They’re also friendly with great service! I normally opt to take out. Drive home 25 minutes away and the food is stillll good.

Local mom and pop eatery. Food arrived piping hot. Birria Tacos were stuffed with meat, cooked to perfection. Sauces were homemade. There are so many choices on the menu. Very appreciative that they have size options for their fish and chips (1 for $10, 2 for $16 etc). The fish wasn’t exactly small either-it was the size of my hand.

The food here is always soooooo amazing, so yummy so good. Even as takeout it stays well, and the atmosphere is nice in the restaurant, the people are nice, it’s such a cute little hidden gem. I travel to come eat here, like drive out of my way. It’s so good!

The fish and chips platter came with 3 large cod filets and a ton of crinkle fries for $23. The cod fish was delicious and perfectly cooked. The tartar sauce was also great.
The warm lobster roll was 4 oz of lobster on a thick piece of Texas toast smothered in butter with crinkle fries for $27. Very tasty but a small portion.
The staff are very kind and the food came out 10 minutes after ordering. Great casual spot when you’re craving a comfort seafood meal.
Not a cheap meal but nice occasionally. The menu has a ton of options

Compact eatery dishing out flavorful tacos, sandwiches, quesadillas, platters etc.
The blackened cod sandwich was the best I had in a while. Husband loved the birria tacos. The restaurant was buzzing with lot of pickup orders, friendly staff and comfortable space to enjoy the food.
Will be back to try their other dishes and desserts.
P.S: after devouring the delicious food, head down the road for a walk on the jetty, catch the sunset.

I was craving seafood so we stopped in.
First time, just driving thru.
We ordered the *special* soft shell crab sandwich, fish & chips, chicken empanadas with fresh mango juice.
Everything was great, big portions, delicious and fried to perfection. We really enjoyed it.
