Love this neighborhood gem! The decor is cozy and stylish—perfect for a relaxed night out. Best espresso martini I ever had! The cheese platter and croquettes are a must-try. Great vibe all around!

I did a special request for a Negroni, such a surprise. One of the best master pieces that I ever had in JC. Truly an amazing pleasure.

As of this writing, This is the twelfth review of this place. I am somewhat certain that there are many more to follow as the moon waxes and wanes. If my understanding is correct, this place is still in a soft launch phase and open from Wed-Sun. With that being said, I think the vibe is pretty cool. It’s great for activities all across the spectrum: be a date night where you can at the bar or one of those high chairs along side it or a group catchup where there are a bunch of seats in the back. Great cocktail and wine. The food is almost all vegetarian friendly: Fries, hummus, cheese board et all. With that being said, I’d like to see a few more wine options on the menu.

So excited for this new spot in the heights! We love Riverview wine, the team has done a similarly excellent job curating the offerings at the Alps. We enjoyed their take on a martini and a Manhattan, and it sounds like the bar program will change every few weeks. We also tried the crispy potatoes and snack mix, both were super addicting and perfect drinking snacks. A new neighborhood classic!

Went to check out the new spot in the neighborhood!
Atmosphere and service is top, but lack of variety of food. Menu is 100% vegetarian but at the same time not many options to pick from.
I would recommend to go there for drinks and small snacks, but if you want to get full size portion diner pick another place.
We ordered cheese plate and potato. Honestly expensive for what you get in the end

IMO this place is a welcomed addition to the Heights if you like craft cocktails. The vibe is decent, the music is decent, the cocktails are decent and the trapper keeper menus are cute touch. The bartender was great. However, the bartending and the acoustics could be better. Adding few decorative sound panels could help the sound reverberation be more palatable. As for the cocktails, I had “Remember the Maine” and ” The Alps Martini #1″. Both were pre-made and poured from a pre-made bottle, which was disappointing but eh… I guess it’s fine … not what you want to see at a cocktail bar…
Two things that could make this spot better are actually crafting drinks in the moment and having a better accoustic set up so you can hear more of the music and bartenders (when at the bar) rather then the many conversations of every single person/patron around, reverberating off the walls.
Overall, I’m glad this place exists. Looking forward to revisiting in the future. And looking forward to cocktails made to order and better accoustics. {Fingers crossed}

I stopped in early in the evening and had such a great experience. I couldn’t decide which white wine to order, and the staff was so accommodating — they let me taste both options and even explained a bit about each one. My waiter was incredibly attentive the entire time. The vibe is pretty cool, and I can only imagine how lively it gets at night. It’s definitely in an up-and-coming area I wouldn’t normally think to visit, but I’m so glad I did.

I’ve frequented Riverview Wine and love their unique selection of wines, along with spot-on recommendations by the guys who work there. This was my first visit to The Alps, and, oh man, what a great experience! The bar stools are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in, the design of the place is stylish and attractive, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I asked for a white wine and was given a taste of two so I could narrow down my search. I went with the Trebbiano Abruzzo, which was both refreshing and full bodied – perfect for a hot summer day! Complemented by a generously portioned cheese plate, I enjoyed my wine in good company. The bartender, Lavender, was lovely and very attentive. She moved about with grace and always kept an eye on what might be needed.
The menu is a hit! So many good options. Looks like they stock artisanal and small-batch spirits, which makes the menu an adventure. Prices are decent and they also sponsor pop-up kitchens, to which they tailor drinks that night. I am so grateful to have a fly, low-key local place like this. It’s creative and inspires connection within the Heights community. Looking forward to my next visit!

This place exudes cool. Exquisite selection of wines, cocktails, and craft beers and a very solid food menu for small bites. The kicker is the atmosphere though as the space is beautifully designed! A much needed addition to the neighborhood. Already been here twice and it’s only been open a week! Go here!!!
