hmmm what a delightful stop today. My brother and I came by and got the fried curry sandwich. What a unique flavor and taste to a fried chicken. It wasn’t too curry but balanced very well with the cabbage slight spice. I honestly think this is my new favorite chicken sandwich. So you’ll be seeing me again.
Staff was very nice and helpful. This is a locally owned small business and I think everyone should come and support them. This isn’t just a regular sandwich shop. This is gourmet and took years of experience to master these flavors combination.

The sandwiches have interesting ingredients to put a twist on solid favorites. I’ve had the Yaya Papaya, Jive Turkey, Gas Station Po Boy, each of which were awesome. Cajun fries every time, they are the crunchiest and freshest fried I’ve yet found downtown. The owner/operator Jimmy is fast and friendly, there isn’t a better sandwich spot in the area than The Almighty.

I stopped by to grab a sandwich on my way out of town. Originally, I’d ordered the Silly Philly. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available. However, happy accidents can be the best! I was offered the Vegan Yaya Papaya intstead. It was super tasty! I also ordered the Cajun fries which were wonderfully spicy and delicious. Probably top 5 fries I’ve ever had!

Almighty Sandi Shop is a dream! No matter if you’re vegan, veg or have allergen concerns, they got you! Some of the best food in town right now. I highly suggest the burgers and the yaya papaya when it’s in season! The staff are kind and helpful and the food is out of this world!

Absolute gem. I got The Jive with mushrooms, and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had downtown. Maybe one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Everything was packed smart, with the veggies and sauce on the side so nothing got soggy before I could eat. The flavors were bold and balanced. It actually felt like the kind of lunch you look forward to, not just something to get through.
Parking was typical for downtown, and the staff was fast and friendly. Seating is limited, but this place is made for grab-and-go.
If you’re tired of boring food and want something that tastes like someone cared, this is it.
Snapped a pic halfway through. I’ll be back.

Originally a food truck, this now brick-and-mortar sandwich shop slings the best sandos in town, hands down. The menu is short and sweet and has options that anyone can enjoy, including vegan and vegetarian options. The food always comes out quick and piping hot, the service is always with a smile, and the prices are fair. Their claim to making the best smash burger in town is 100% merited, the sweet potato tots are fire, and they carry Zapps!

I got the original Almighty Sando and it was SO GOOD. Not soaking wet like a black sheep burger, even though my boyfriend brought it home to me. Their sauces are innovative but somehow still classic. I love that they’re open more often than the sandwich shop before them. If I had to see Sliders go, this place is a better contender for their namesake than the previous place. Support local!
