I love The Albert. I travel a lot and stay in many places throughout the US. And this restaurant within the EMC2 Hotel is a hidden gem. The restaurant staff is amazing, especially Elizabeth, she was brilliant. And the food is fantastic! I was able to enjoy breakfast everyday in my six day stay at the hotel. I usually go out for breakfast to different places but this time I didn’t feel like it. But the real highlight was dinner. I suggest ordering many different plates to share, because you really want to try it all.

The Albert is an amazing place to eat , have a conference or just gather for a drink .It’s ambiance , pleasant atmosphere, delicious foods you can’t go wrong with .The food we got to experience during the week we stayed and is just robust with flavors in your mouth that you won’t want to end . Their staff are very helpful and pay their greatest attention to your needs .Elizabeth and Kay were so sweet and such professionalism in their art of dining and serving . I visited theAlbert in Streeterville for the first time with my family to celebrate Father’s Day. Cool, eclectic ambience, fantastic service, and great food. The Polenta Board, Pork Chops, and all the pastas we ordered were amazing !!! The Olive oil cake and Nonna cake with vanilla custard, candied pinenuts, Italian honey were a perfect ending . to our meal ! It was not crowded when we went, the service was great ! My husband loved the food and so did the kids. Check it out if you are in that area and looking for a new place !

Now I went here for valentines dinner thinking the mood lighting would be more, you know moody, but the light in there was brighter than an nba players outfit. However, that is the only thing that did not meet expectations.

This restaurants ambiance is unique. The cocktails are fabulous (see the video of the Smokey old fashioned). Above all else is the service. The waiter was very professional and fun. I took some some friends here from out of town and they loved it.

I had 8 people on my table, 4 people walked in around the same time and the remaining 4 of us walked in together. The last 4 were never asked or given a drinks menu or spoken to. Never asked what we were celebrating, no conversations. There were no conversations made with the waiter. I had to call his attention to order my food. Anyway, I ordered the sesame wings and of the other group, my friend had also ordered the same thing. Hers came back with 9 pieces, mine came with 6 pieces. Then, I ordered the Tagliatelle which was very okay, my friends hated their burgers- it was cold and very dry. But my food was very okay.

Really interesting place. In lobby of the E=MC2 Hotel. Food was great and creative. I had the upsidedown apple pancakes and loved it. We had 5 rounds of champagne so it could have had a hand in feeling about service, but our waitress was awesome and we had a great time.
