Holy crap! Don’t come for happy hour for sure. If there was a vote for worst happy hour this would be it. Come for the music and a few drinks and you will be fine. The sad part they are related to Viva Steak so I won’t even try them. It’s a tourist rip off here. Oh and good luck getting a server.

We found this place on accident while we were headed out to Duval from the Truman Annex area. The place was packed and with a really energetic rock band setting the vibe, it turned out to be a fun pit stop for a drink and a quick bite. We managed to grab some bar stools and the bartender was polite and quick. The whole place seemed to be an open air patio unless there was an area we couldn’t get to because it was so busy.

The food was alright, but to be honest I only for the fries so can’t judge. The drinks were okay as well, I for the Moscow mule which wasn’t presented very well and didn’t taste as expected. The service was below average. If it’s during happy hours I would say it’s worth it but to pay full price would be a huge thumbs down.

We have been coming here for years, even when it was the Smokin’ Tuna. You’re not going to hear a wedding band play here—you’re going to her amazing musicians. The staff work as a team and seem to have fun and a lot of synergy. Steak tacos and empanadas are delicious! Also a great Happy Hour stop! This time in KW we popped in 4 times and 3 of those we had Rosyln, who was an amazing bartender/server!

Kendra made us fantastic cocktails during our visit at the Alamo. The frozen pineapple mojito was refreshing & delicious something she customized herself for us! The live music was a great vibe and the food was so tasty would recommend the catch of the day tacos, steak tacos, and empanadas.

We went to the Alamo a few nights ago, mainly to get something to eat. When we walked by the outdoor patio, the vibe seemed so fun. The live music was so great that people were out of their seats dancing. My smash burger was delicious, and my husband kept raving about his cheesesteak sandwich. Our bartender/server Roslyn was so welcoming and friendly and gave us wonderful service. We intended to just stay for dinner but stayed much longer because we were having so much fun and enjoying ourselves. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back next time we are in Key West!
