Such a cozy place! We had one of the charcuterie options to start — phenomenal! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. My husband and I both ordered The Meaty. I had the half sandwich (no turkey) with a cup of the lasagna soup (soup of the day), and he had the whole sandwich with chips. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous! We left stuffed and still had leftovers to take home. The staff were super kind and friendly — we’ll definitely be back!

Tucked away beside the flower shop is this amazing little gem! Beautifully decorated with a warm welcome feeling. We had the cold rolled ice cream which was delicious and neat to watch! The bar area was fully stocked and the cocktails we saw being served looked amazing We will go back and try them next time. The staff is wonderful!!! Music playing in the background….so glad we stopped!

The Meaty sandwich on marbled bread is so delicious along with the fruit salad With balsamic dressing. The apple cake was moist And decadent. The ambience is so unique in this small restaurant. We will go back again. You will find food selections here that you can’t find anywhere else.

Good food but comically small portions.
We popped in here for lunch after our Katy trail ride. The menu looked promising and the food tasted good however the portions were tiny. Like teeny tiny, and I am not normally looking for portion size to be large but for $15 half sandwich and salad I expect to not be still hungry when I leave. The chicken salad sandwich my husband ordered was made on a tiny crescent roll the size of a Pillsbury crescent roll with a spoonful of chicken salad, 2-3 bites. They were tasty bites, but not enough of bites. His Caesar salad was maybe 1 cup of loosely packed greens. The grilled blackberry brie and Greek salad was admittedly more substantial but I still left hungry and had to find another restaurant to have a full lunch less than an hour after leaving.
Super disappointing experience when there are so few good food options in town.

I order from here as much as I possibly can! You can tell their ingredients are fresh, and everything I’ve ever gotten has been absolutely delicious. Not to mention, their staff is always SO incredibly sweet! I still need to bring my fiancé here as I know he will love it just as much as I do! Definitely my favorite place in Sedalia!

This place is a hidden gem in Sedalia. Outstanding food, awesome service, and an unexpectedly well stocked high end bar. They had Blanton’s and a really rare Whistle Pig bourbon. This place has a really cool vibe. I can’t recommend it enough.

Walking down historic Ohio street in the vastly underrated city of Sedalia. It’s chilly in January, but it’s your 4th wedding anniversary and the gift of that year is plants. You head to the flower shop and before you get to the door you see people sitting, laughing drinking the most delicious looking coffee martinis. You’ve never heard of this place and aren’t sure what to expect walking in. You’ve never heard open the door and the warmth of this hidden gem hits you. Not just the temperature change, but the warm greeting you get as you walk in. It’s been a while since you’ve been greeted with a genuine smile. The man behind the counter making martinis introduces himself, his name is Rod. You wonder if maybe he has thought of moonlighting as a teacher of what customer service should be.

You sit and wait for your food, and he tells you about their rolled ice cream and their wonderful menu. You thank him, and can’t wait to get home to tell your kids there’s an ice cream spot we must try!

I highly suggest you check this small locally owned restaurant and out, and I urge you to tell your friends and family about it, after all there are very few places that have breakfast burritos. We need to promote and support our local businesses if we want any hope of keeping the charm we have come to know here. I hope nothing but the best for this business, and look forward to seeing what other local shops this town has to offer.
