This was my second visit to this restaurant, and it definitely won’t be my last. I ordered the crawfish étouffée, a fresh salad, and bread pudding. The quality of the food was outstanding. Compared to other places, the étouffée here truly stands out. It was packed with crawfish, had a deep buttery flavor, and the perfectly balanced spices made this simple dish incredibly comforting and satisfying. The salad was fresh. The bread pudding was the perfect sweet ending.
This is the kind of food that makes you want to come back.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They also have a great selection of cocktails, thoughtfully crafted and a perfect complement to the meal.
If you’re looking for delicious, high-quality food, a relaxed vibe, and a place that feels inviting, this restaurant is absolutely worth a visit.

Came here for a date night and I had the best food I’ve had in Louisiana. The owner is so much fun and so personable. The food is incredible, I could not even choose a favorite part. I had the blackened catfish and my partner had the crawfish etouffee, both were phenomenal and came with amazing sides.

Such a wonderful restaurant, amazing food, we got the fried catfish with rice dressing and it was incredible. Local catfish, amazing flavors. Celebrated my friends birthday and they were such great hosts. Stop in to see Chef Tiger, he’s created a wonderful place and is great conversationalist with a passion for food.

What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon watching football.
The food was so delicious. Home cooked flavors with a great variation. We had the fried shrimp and ribs. Loved the corn, dirty rice, super crispy french fries and bread pudding!
Will definitely bring friends back here!

Visiting New Orleans for Mardi Gras and stumbled upon this gem with a friend. The restaurant was open but the “crowd” had not started. Chef Tiger graciously welcomed my friend and I. He advised he usually starts serving a little later but offered a couple of entrée’s he could do for us since we stopped in. BBQ shrimp & blackened catfish. Both were delicious! Sometimes blackened fish can taste salty and a bit burnt but this was tender and deliciously flavored! The BBQ shrimp wasn’t in BBQ sauce but a special sauce that he makes and serves with warm buns that we used to “sop up” the juice because it was so good. The shrimp were a good size, fresh, and cooked till tender and not rubbery. The meals were served with a side of corn but even that was deliciously seasoned! My friend also got red beans and rice which we loved. To top off that delicious meal Chef Tiger suggested bread pudding as a dessert! My friend doesn’t like bread pudding and I’m very picky about mine so we decided to split it. Well that bread pudding was also delicious. It was a wonderful dinner. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated with a relaxed comfortable feel. Chef Tiger was very welcoming and we appreciated his kindness. I would highly recommend it and go back in a heart beat!!!!

Tired and hungry after a long day of walking the quarter. Came in late with my wife before closing to grab something quick to go and not hold anyone up, but Tiger was insistent we take a load off and sit to eat. He recommended the sausage sauce picante and a side of corn. Absolutely amazing. Some of the best homestyle Louisiana cooking I’ve had to date. He was very personable and passionate and shared stories about the dishes he makes and where they came from at the table with us. To top it off, he brought us some delicious bread pudding before walking us out.
You can tell he loves what he does and does it well. Fed some hungry strangers when he could’ve turned us away, but instead, welcomed us in like we were regulars. This is now a must stop when we come to visit.
Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience.

We were in the neighborhood yesterday and looking for some place to eat before we had plans in the evening. While walking around and checking out some places on google maps, we stumbled upon the 337 and decided to go there. What can I tell you? Best decision we’ve made.
We were served two perfectly cooked and flavorful ribeye steaks. For the sides we went for the corn maque choux, the bbq beans, and some seasoned fries.
All of them were incredible and rich in flavor, too. Tiger also came by our tavle and we had a very nice conversation. When you’re looking for some authentic creole and Cajun kitchen and not for a bland tasting tourist trap, this is the place to go. Best dinner that we had in New Orleans.

A memorable meal and visit to 337 by Chef Tiger. The cuisine is authentic and delicious. Drinks are equally memorable but what made the experience was the incredible hospitality! Looking forward to a repeat visit.
PS—This restaurant (and restroom) is super clean!
