The 1945 is my favorite place to eat! Luckily it’s just a few minutes from home! I have never had a better burger or pizza! They’re steaks, bbq chicken, hamburger steak, wings, buffalo chicken dip, shrimp jammers, grilled chicken, cheesecake, biscuits and gravy.. everything I’ve tried really is delicious! Friendly & attentive staff, casual dining, restaurant with optional outdoor seating upstairs and a bar down stairs. Great lunch specials as well. Can’t say enough good things and glad they’re here, just what Trenton has been needing.

We chose this restaurant based on reviews, so wanted to offer an updated review. None of the items pictured on the reviews here are still currently available at this location. We were given menus and when we made our selections, none of the things were available. They’re not going to be available again. The staff said the owner was changing up what was going to be offered on the menu and we literally had to be relegated to sandwiches/burgers, which was a huge disappointment and could have gotten many other places. It is a beautiful location, as far as the view goes but we wil not be back there. If you’re looking for a subpar sandwich with fries, onion rings or tater tots with maybe some queso as an appetizer, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for more than that, you might want to consider another location.

I ordered the ribeye! Worst cut of meat ever. Completely unedible . It was undercooked and full of gristle and tendons. My husband and I took a road trip for our anniversary and thought we found a neat little place. All I can say is it had a nice view. That is all. Dirty silverware, the kitchen is open to the dining area. Poor quality food on this date. Bummer! 🙁

This little gem is on the Trenton golf course. Heading home from the north we got our first Southern welcome in months with fried catfish and fried green tomatoes. Waitress was friendly and timely with the refills. Geaux on and give them a try.

Must have caught them on an off night. My wife ordered the salmon medium and it came out way over done but the waitress apologized and brought out another one that was better. There was an issues with getting hot baked potatoes that day. Several people complained they were not hot enough including our party. The Mac was old and dry and the waitress 86 it. The chef’s special missed the mark
