Flew into town for work and found this place on Google Maps. Really quaint little place. You can tell they put effort into everything they make. My server was in the family that owns the restaurant and she was so nice! I tried the garlic naan, the veggie samosas, and the house chicken specialty (medium spice) with rice. Everything tasted very fresh and the spices came through in every bite. I really enjoyed everything about my dinner. They even brought out a little banana pudding for desert! Highly recommend if you’re a local or in town like me!

This place was absolutely fantastic! The naan was perfectly fresh, the tikka masala was flavorful, and the mango lassi was creamy and refreshing and I think is one of the best one I’ve tried in Utah. Every bite was outstanding definitely one of the best spots for authentic Indian and Nepali cuisine in the city!

Our second visit to 14 Peaks. The food here is amazing, very flavorful, full bodied spices, the rice is perfectly cooked and the dishes are as traditional as they come. Jenn was our server, she was welcoming and polite from the moment we walked in the door until we were left. We ordered the Chicken Saag with Rice & Naan, the Lamb Biryani, and the Vegetable Combo appetizer. Again the flavors of all the dishes were delicious. I will say to be mindful of the “spicy”-ness levels. I ordered medium and it was really toasty, I can handle spice so yeah it was warm. If you love traditional Himalayan food, this is the place to go. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! JM & BB

The food and service here was amazing!! The staff were super nice and attentive. We ordered the strawberry lassi, veggie samosa, chicken mushroom curry, maili kofta (not pictured), and garlic naan. The entrees came with the option of either rice or naan. It was super tasty, and the hot wasn’t that hot!

Always love a curry and especially a good one! Here the curry was delicious! Absolutely flavorful and super spicy! (Even though we ordered medium lol) The service here was super friendly and welcoming! The whole vibe of the place gave homely and relaxing. The menu is super easy to look at and pick out what you want. They do papads & mango chutney and that’s something I’ve been looking for in a curry lately! So delicious! The lamb was cooked thoroughly, soft and tender and it had so much punch to it. They must marinate their meats so well because it was just delicious. All around a great date night and it seems great for a couple days or even a big group dinner!

The food quality was extremely poor, not just in taste, but overall preparation as well.
Chow Mein (0/10): I requested medium spice, but it was extremely spicy. The seasoning was overwhelmingly strong, and I was surprised to find whole cumin seeds in the dish, which is very unusual for chowmein. It’s important to keep spice level consistent.
Vegetable Creamy Korma: The dish tasted like it was made entirely from frozen ingredients and contained an excessive amount of whole cumin seeds. Traditionally, cumin seeds are not used in this dish, certainly not in such large quantities.
Rice (1/10): The rice did not taste fresh. It was extremely dry.
Naan (4/10): Average at best and probably the only average food item from all I had today.
Mango Lassi (2/10): It tasted like bottled mango juice mixed with a small amount of yogurt, lacking the freshness and creaminess expected.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The restaurant was super clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the dishes were absolutely phenomenal so flavorful and super yummy. On top of that, they were playing fun music which made the whole vibe even better. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be coming back!

I have visited this place more than 20 times including today and the experience has always been wonderful. I am big fan of their chicken tandoori. The chicken tandoori is consistently delicious, and the overall cooking is excellent. I would also like to appreciate Jenny (I am not seeing her recently) and Pushpa. Pushpa is always respectful, kind, and well behvaed. Truly a place worth recommending.

The food and service were amazing. Had the 14 Peaks special (chicken curry), and the vegetable samosas. The samosas came with 3 sauces, that complimented the samosas well. I chose the mild spice option which was perfect and the flavor was subtle and not overbearing.
