The tea here is really good. The ladies did a great job- they took their time and made a delicious cup of tea.
They had a very nice selection of tea. They were friendly and helpful.
Lots of seating.
I had an Earl Grey with lavender syrup. The flavors were great!!! It seemed to have a more lemon taste than bergamot. I really enjoyed it!!!

3rd Cup Tea is the absolute most best place to go to have a nice, relaxing drink of a Matcha Latte! Absolutely any and everything in the shop is amazing, and the vibe there is awesome as well. Nice music! Braxton is simply a great businessman, and takes pride and puts his all into this shop. 3rd Cup is amazing! Go check it out!!

Me and my best friend were sad that the coffee shop next door that we normally go to switched their chai mixture to one that contained honey, but when we visited here, the lady working here was able to work with us to make one without and even wrote my friend a note card to help her order it the same way in the future. She even kept a note at the counter for the other workers. Morgan is a lifesaver! 🙂
I also love their caffeine-free selection. Delicious!

i am not a complainer, i’m REALLY not. when things are made properly, they’re so good – i love the matcha! most of the girls make it really well, but there is one employee who is rude every single time i come in (almost daily!) and she consistently makes my drinks so, so badly. when i’m paying $7.25 for my matcha, i expect it to be more than just straight milk. i swear, today was a test – i got this matcha and actually had to go back and ask for more. ive talked to others, and they have the same issue with this same girl.
it’s really frustrating, because sometimes the drinks are absolutely amazing but sometimes it tastes like they just do whatever they want.

I am now going here exclusively because Morgan (worker at 3rd Cup) made me a whole new iced chai recipe because I can’t have honey, and it made my day! She wrote me the order so I could remember to order again and now it’s part of their new recipes. Chai is my favorite thing to get at coffee/tea places, and when I found out most used honey, I was devastated, but she was the only one that actually took the time to make an alternative for me. Though I’m not that into the boba drinks or milkshakes, the chai really changed me from going to a different place to now here, especially because of Morgan! ♡

My wife and I tend to be old souls. When we entered 3rd Cup Tea somewhat confused over how the menu worked, the staff were eager to help us understand. We in no way felt silly for not knowing. The baristas very kindly and patiently offered suggestions on how to get the best out of their product. We are very impressed with the compassion of the staff and tastiness of the tea!

My son and I wandered in while walking through downtown. My son got the strawberry tea and I bought some local honey. The atmosphere and vibe is amazing, the customer service spectacular, and the tea delicious. I’m coming back for the local kombucha!

Ordered a small brown sugar bubble tea and what I received was sweetened milk. No tea in the drink at all and paid $7 plus tip. Outrageous pricing for a drink that was not remotely close to what was advertised. How does a tea shop not put tea in “bubble tea”? Will not be returning and do not recommend.

I think they overcharged me and then they didn’t have the proper coins to give me change back! Three teas ended up costing me $25. (The teas were supposed to be $5 each)
I don’t know if I will come back, that was my first time there. Also, I had to wait a long time and then the barista just took others before me knowing we had already been waiting because she was busy making drinks. Not very good buisness practices.
I felt ripped off… also I was charged for sugar in my tea and it wasn’t sweet at all but rather bland and lacking.
I liked the set up of the shop but also all the merchandise was covered in dust and scattered about.
