This was my first time here I had never heard of this place, I don’t frequently go to the timonium area so there were a lot of places I had never heard of before. I have really bad anxiety I don’t normally go to places alone especially places I’ve never been to and I’m not familiar with. When I walked in it was incredibly crowded and loud, it was breakfast time I almost left but I decided to push through to see if I could do this. There were some people standing that worked there in the lobby somebody immediately came up to me and asked if I needed any help I inquired about the ordering process she said she could take my order happily and she also showed me the kiosk so I decided to use that so that I could look around the menu. I scanned through the menu I was very surprised these prices are extremely reasonable I already knew the wait was going to be a while from the line of people waiting with their receipts in their hands. I stepped outside my comfort zone and ordered some food and a smoothie which I don’t normally get. While I was waiting I was definitely observing the workers there and the demeanor of the patrons. Every time I had a question an employee was kind enough to take all the time needed to answer it never mind them being slammed. Even as I approached the register I was looking at their hard menu and the people behind spoke to me as I looked at them doing a thousand different things at once that right there tells me everything I need to know about an establishment it wasn’t until after I got my food that I looked into the story of the restaurant. The food tastes great definitely hot and fresh The bagel was very soft and I don’t think I’ve ever had a fresh bagel before. I actually told myself I didn’t like bagels and I didn’t understand why people would eat bagel sandwiches because they were always so hard and chewy, well now that I’ve had an actually real fresh homemade bagel I understand the hype.
So all all I had an exemplary experience and I did not feel anxious at all I give the employees credit for that so thank you. I will be coming back and bringing my family. I appreciate what you do, and your business model. You had a system set up in place for the busyness of the day and it looked like everything was running smoothly and everybody knew what their role was.

Placed an order with DoorDash and my food was stolen because of their flawed pick up system that allows people to just steal food off a shelf, the manager literally said they refuse to remake because DoorDash only pays them once, even though he has no proof that DoorDash stole it. Either way the manager was extremely rude and SCREAMED at me on the phone saying “HAVE A GOOD DAY BYE” I have been a loyal customer here for 20 years and will literally never go again beside of this horrific customer service experience. This location should be ashamed of themselves that they have their staff thinking they can speak to customers like this.

It was really crowded when I got there. So I went straight to the pick-up area to grab my order since I placed my order online. I ordered a BLT with crispy/well done bacon with a scrambled egg and American cheese. Once I was home, I saw that my bacon was not how I requested it (it was more undercooked) and I was missing the scrambled egg. I ended up placing my bacon in the oven to cook it the way I requested it and did without the egg. Not satisfied..

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to say THB has taken a serious dip in quality. I’ve noticed it quite a bit over the last six months or so, but inevitably I get a REALLY DARN GOOD breakfast sandwich maybe one time in six and I forgive them. But seriously. The bagel sizes have been crazy variable lately. When I opened my sandwich this morning I thought it was a plain bagel at first then and called to complain. While listening to their absurdly long and annoying automated phone message, I realized no there actually WERE couple poppy seeds stuck on here and there… THB when it’s good is fantastic but oh man are they not hitting that target regularly anymore. It makes me sad. Especially with the price hikes. I know everything is more expensive these days, but come on. Don’t raise the price and also drop the quality. It’s depressing. Thb was my favorite and is soo convenient for me in the mornings. Please just bring back consistent quality

I had the joy of hanging out for almost 20 minutes, watching to go orders, be stacked up on shelves of the wall and then gave up. I’m not sure if they were actually making the bagel from scratch and that’s why it will take so long, but they didn’t even seem to care that I left out of frustration. It’s on my restaurants to never eat at list. Did they take my money even though they failed to make me a simple bagel? Luckily my spouse shared her egg bites from Starbucks next door. They seem to handle the volume of a busy morning much better.

Very clean and Covid-19 compliant. They have staff monitoring the ordering kiosk to assist with ordering and clean them after every customer. They have 6 foot social distancing in place and have an even bigger distance between the customers and what used to be the food counter; they have a separate food staging area in place. They also have text messaging set up so you can comfortably wait in your car until your food is done and outside seating is available.
Food was delicious as always, I would definitely recommend you grab a bite to eat from here.
