It’s with a heavy heart that I have to say THB has taken a serious dip in quality. I’ve noticed it quite a bit over the last six months or so, but inevitably I get a REALLY DARN GOOD breakfast sandwich maybe one time in six and I forgive them. But seriously. The bagel sizes have been crazy variable lately. When I opened my sandwich this morning I thought it was a plain bagel at first then and called to complain. While listening to their absurdly long and annoying automated phone message, I realized no there actually WERE couple poppy seeds stuck on here and there… THB when it’s good is fantastic but oh man are they not hitting that target regularly anymore. It makes me sad. Especially with the price hikes. I know everything is more expensive these days, but come on. Don’t raise the price and also drop the quality. It’s depressing. Thb was my favorite and is soo convenient for me in the mornings. Please just bring back consistent quality

I am in love with their Lox bagel sandwiches. I got it on the Asiago cheese bagel with Old Bay seasoning. Added extra salmon, and I was stuffed. Absolutely delicious!! Price was a little high, but then everything is expensive these days. Have also gotten the pizza bagel and it too was cheesily delicious. I still haven’t figured out the app they have. They do have a rewards program which I do like. Nice clean place with outside seating as well.

This is the only THB location I go to. Quality food every time (I go weekly). They are quick and their omelette bagel special is reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Also they give off serious chick fil a service vibes, one of the workers (I think his name is Eli) is seriously the best! Always checking in on guests and getting you whatever you need! Couldn’t recommend this spot enough

Eli is literally the best person there!! He always goes above and beyond. He makes sure every single person is taken care of at all times. He’s always checking on people and making sure that they are good and have everything that they need. He’s such a hard worker and this location would be horrible without him there. This man deserves 10 raises and then some for all the hard work he does! Thank you Eli for always making it such a good experience!

Love going to THB Timonium. I have lunch here at least once or twice a week. I usually order the turkey sandwich on rye; it’s big btw, I often get the other half wrapped up and eat it later. The bagels are awesome too. The service is excellent! The staff are friendly and do an outstanding job of keeping things clean. Eli is exceptional and deserves a shout-out. He is always working hard and does his best to take care of me as well as every customer he encounters! He is definitely an asset to this restaurant. Keep up the good work THB and Eli!!

This is by far my favorite THB location and the only place I get fresh bagels in the area! The staff is wonderful and very friendly specifically Eli, Aaron, and Andrew who greet me by name every time I walk in! The bagels are always delicious! I definitely would recommend!!

I normally do not write reviews, but man was the service great here! The food was delicious, but the service really sold me. My wife and I was very impressed by the high energy and awesome customer service skills of Eli. He was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure having him assist us at the kiosk. A note to management, he is definitely a huge asset to your company!
