I like the place! .Most of the staff is pleasant however. I found the person I assume was the manager to be a little rude. I usually greet people with a good morning or expect to be greeted in that manner. When I walked in he rudely dismissed me, as if my presence in your establishment didn’t matter. He was on his cell phone. Normally when I come in Im greeted warmly by your staff so that was DIFFERENT. Customer service still matters. Obviously he had forgotten that.

My first time ordering food from this location this morning, 07/28/23. Ordered an everything bagel hot sandwich with scrabbled eggs and bacon to go. Get home and I have an everything bagel with fried gooey eggs and thick ham. I ordered from the touchscreen menu and it’s correct on the receipt, so there was no miscommunication, they either did not read the order or mixed it up with another. Check your orders before you leave, if you’re doing takeout.

As a native New Yorker I must say that them Towson Hot Bagel Boys perfected these bagels. Every sandwich I get from them shoots me right back home to New York. When you sink your teeth in it’s that chewy then soft texture, very yummy. My fav and the only sandwich I’ve gotten from them over & over again is the turkey sausage, egg & cheese on an Asiago bagel. So good and fulfilling. Always fresh and cooked to perfection.

I love THB in Owings Mills. If you love bagels, then you should check them out. My favorite bagel is the Everything Bagel with egg, cheese and tomato and don’t forget a cup of coffee along with that.

Love the bagels although a bit expensive…the everything bagel was saltier than others that I have had from local bagel shops..ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese and it was too salty for me to eat the entire sandwich at one time….love the Asiago bagel, have tried the cinnamon raisin toasted with butter and love love love the uncle Gigi sandwich (the chive cream cheese is ahhhhmazing) but at $9 I will have to make that a “treat” sandwich and not the norm…the sweet tea was open (lid) was off and someone filled their own coffee mug and left which was a bit interesting…all in all…bagels are much better than Panera and Au Bon Pain, but coat more too

Absolutely loved the environment. They have a vast menu and coffee options. They have self ordering kiosk and a person to take the order at the register. I ordered a everything bagel turkey sausage egg and cheese plus Asiago bagel with egg and cheese. The food was fresh and hot. The line was a little long but that goes to show the food was good! Definitely recommend

This was my 1st time here. Great food but they seemed to be understaffed. I did go on a Mother’s Day Sunday so it was very busy. It just seemed like they couldnt handle the rush. It took almost 40 minutes to get 2 croissant sandwiches, but it was worth it. The food is delicious .

I was invited to visit THB in Owings Mills for their Grand Opening after following their progress on social media. The new location is BEAUTIFUL with lots of bold colors and quality materials. The sausage bagel sandwich I had for breakfast was really good (as usual from THB) and the staff was very helpful. They are still training up the new employees, but everything seems to go pretty smoothly. You can complete your entire order on the kiosks and pay with credit card or at the cashier. Pickup your order straight from the kitchen, and if you order ahead they have shelves organized by name (or doordash, uber eats, etc). The drink bar has lots of options including coffee, iced coffee, ice teas, and soda. I look forward to when the walk-up window opens and my family can eat outside at one of the many picnic tables with umbrella.

Absolutely delicious. Online ordering for pickup was a breeze, door was fresh and ready on time (according to the estimate). It was slammed inside but I was easily able to go right to the pickup area and locate my order. In and out under 30 seconds.
