Overall amazing selection and vegetarian options. The dining area is nice very modern and I love the wood detailing the only con was the area could be a bit cleaner and five dollars for a plain bagel with cream cheese is a little high considering it’s nothing special in terms of food quality.

This is one of my favorite meal spots. The bagels are fresh and the staff has by far the BEST customer service. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and really make you want to come back again and again and again! (Which I do 🙂 ) I highly recommend THB! Love the bacon, cheese and egg bagel. Once a week, generally Fri, since opening during COVID. Mozzarella and extra egg…in all those orders perfect until this morning when, I was jonesing for a sandwich, they left off the extra egg….not a huge deal. 40ish sandwiches a year one mistake and still a good sandwich….

I told this to the manager and I wish share here as well. It certainly rare to go to an establishment and be able to get service that respectful, streamline and straightforward. I needed a refund for an order I didn’t pick up and the manager efficiently and quickly took care of it. Because they’ve been so helpful I went today to pick up lunch. This place is clean, the ordering process is easy and the workers including the managers are friendly and respectful. 10/10 will be returning.

Been here three times. Twice this past weekend. On Saturday my kid ordered a bacon and egg bagel with add Ham surcharge. The bagel had ham and no bacon. Ok, stuff happens.
This morning, I ordered a cream cheese bagel add butter surcharge. Just went to eat it a few hours later and there is zero cream cheese.
Only leaving two stars because the last time we ate here was a big order and they got it correct.

I see people going to the pick up shelf and taking their order with out getting harassed about showing the employees their order number. But since I happened to be black and also there to pick up a DoorDash order, I was harassed by the so called manager to show my order number because he thought I was stealing. I will never patronize this location again due to simple lack of respect and lack of equal treatment shown by the manager.

Got me order wrong. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. They gave me a pork roll bacon egg cheese avocado and onion on an Asiago. Tried a bite annd it was gross. In the trash it went. I love not getting what I paid for. Also asked for no caramel drizzle on my cinnamon bagels and they all came with the drizzle. 3/10 don’t recommend.

I have never seen any other Bagel place charge an extra $1.75 for plain cream cheese and then won’t spread the cream cheese on the bagel when requested. All other places definitely do not charge for plain cream cheese and either spread it on the bagel by default or honor a request to do so. I also completed a survey commenting on it and received a response from management standing by their decision. Dunkin for example shouldn’t have better customer options than a dedicated bagel place.
