If I could rate this wrap higher than a 10/10 I would. The flavor profile with the pineapple, chicken, sweet potato’s & bbq sauce was unreal. I will also say the fries were amazing as well, my son loved them. I can’t wait to come back and try a burger, new favorite spot in newberg!

I ordered the Alcatraz wrap and unfortunately couldn’t get past the first bite due to the quality of the meat. The only part of the meal I ended up finishing was the small bag of Lay’s chips that came with it. Had I opened my order before driving ten minutes away, I would have asked for a refund. Hoping this was just an off day, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t order here again.

Most wraps and gyros joints put lots of sauce in their wraps to beef up the flavor profiles.
The wraps here are quite different and delicious!
These wraps are made with quality ingredients and love, an unforgettable flavor experience that it would be a pity to sauce!
All three of us got different wraps but I could only get shots of mine. When I approached the others about a few pictures they growled at me! Not the first time! Things are weird around dinner time here!
The portions are big enough for two or you can easily get two meals out of one wrap!
While you wait for your custom wraps to be assembled there are plenty of other carts to explore here. Grab a bubble tea or a brew!

Just stopped here today 6/3/25 and had amazingly good wraps! Really nice, big size and the service was great/super friendly, which goes a long way anymore in this era. Would definitely be back!

Love the Food Truck Scene in Oregon! I had possibly the best burger of my life at this food truck in Newberg. Since I had never had a smash burger, I tried it, with no regrets. At That’s a Wrap they have fabulous sounding wraps and burgers. Friendly service… a half pound of beef for a thick juicy double patty burger… served with twice fried fries… what’s not to love?! I even got a complimentary sample of their amazing clam chowder. I am from New England so it takes a lot to impress me chowder wise. Thick and creamy and full of flavor…give it a try. I love being able to try different cuisines, all in one place. This food truck pod has a wonderful variety. But this truck was Da Bomb!

Ordered “the chunk” wrap and not only was it ready quickly but it was hot and very filling. Never gotten so much food in a wrap before and the price was great. My woman ate the waffle street wrap and usually doesn’t finish her food. She ate every bite almost as fast as I ate mine. Very friendly service and the food was excellent so I cant wait to come back here for more! Everyone should definitely be eating here at least twice a week haha

A new food truck which has opened up that I have been really curious to try. Being new to Oregon, I have found there are a lot of great places to eat and this is definitely one of them. I got the Liberator and I am without a doubt happy with it! The mix of chorizo, potato and chile lime Cholula mixed really well! I want to emphasize that the chorizo was cooked great! I have had good and bad chorizo and trust me when I say, this is one good. One was not overpowering the other and you got a nice flavor of each! Mixed with roasted bell pepper, onion and pepper Jack gave it even more flavor and a wonderful texture. The meal itself self surprised me with how much it filled me up. I was genuinely full after just eating half and was more than full after eating the whole thing. I feel it is worth the price as you will get full and flavor from this meal. They have a variety of options that I am more than curious to try. The owner was kinda when I approached and made the food within good time! This is in the food truck area so you have outside seating which is nice on beautiful day like today. If you’re looking for unique wraps with great flavors then I definitely recommend trying That’s A Wrap Foods!

I had the Waffle Street wrap and it was amazing!! I’m going to be dreaming about that wrap and checking my calendar to see when I can return. Yummy, large portions, fast service and a decent price. I’m SUPER impressed! Definitely a “must try” food cart in Newberg. So good!!
