Packed full of flavor and a menu that you’re happy to have overwhelm you. You really can’t go wrong with anything here, just don’t skip over this place, Hamsters. The Kalua Pork Loco Moco is phenomenal—make sure to also get a side of some lumpia, any flavor will do.

This was the 2nd year that I have taken my son here for Thanksgiving dinner. I absolutely love this place! The food, service, and atmosphere is amazing! Such a cute place. I also love a family owned restaurant. I highly recommend and will absolutely be going back! Live music in the cute bar as well!

Husband and I just happened upon this gem of a restaurant while we were running some errands. We had a great time. Lumpia was crispy and delicious! Husband got the Pork Adobo with chili sauce, and I had the lumpia platter and fried rice. So yummy! Our server, Roy was also wonderful. Quiet ambiance. Warm lighting. Surprisingly comfortable chairs! Overall a great experience. Good food and great service.

We love food, if you want to try something different and tasty, this place is amazing. Keep in mind that most options are with pork. It is a small but cozy and quiet restaurant. They have Filipino beers that you can try.

That’s what I like is a hidden gem in Bellingham serving Filipino staples that taste great. The interior is cozy, and has been decorated to really give a tropical island vibe. I would recommend the Shanghai lumpia and Lechon Kawali.
Food
I ordered the Lechon Kawali combo with pancit and 1 Shanghai lumpia and 1 beef lumpia. First, the Shanghai lumpia is hands down best lumpia to get here and so I would highly recommend that. The crispy pork belly (Lechon Kawali) was overall pretty good. The only thing I did not like was that the outside was maybe a little too crispy and dry. However the dipping sauces and the succulent pork belly fat of it balanced it out. The pancit was just okay for me but my friend really enjoyed it.
The Mac salad was not what I was expecting (like Hawaiian style Mac salad) and did not like it here.
Atmosphere
The interior is decorated with an island and tropical feel and gives very casual and laid back vibes. It was nice and has nice places to take pictures too. There is an outdoor area that would be perfect for when the weather gets warmer. Noise level was average for a Friday dinner.
Pricing
Prices are reasonable and average compared to other Asian foods. I think the prices are great for the quality of the Filipino food out in an area like Bellingham.
Service
The staff was nice and helpful in answering questions we had about the menu. Food came out fast.
Other
Plenty of parking in the lot right by the restaurant.

Great Variety & Fun Food!
We met friends for a night out wanting to try something new, and all of us had run-ins with lumpia, and Hawaiian comfort food (Zippy’s). We ordered appetizers, drinks (great collaboration beer with Boundary Bay), and all of us had an entree.
The food was delicious and 100% comfort. The atmosphere was very casual, and our server was attentive and helpful. We could hear live music in the bar, and it added to the vibe.
There’s lots of options for kids and adults, and the prices were reasonable. We’ll be returning AND looking for locations where their food truck is.

The food here is authentic and amazing I get chicken pancit add shrimp, and Chicken lumpia with the sweet chili sauce! Presentation is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! It’s so filling that I always have enough leftover to take home for lunch the next day! Today was my birthday and we went ahead and got dessert as well. The apple pie lumpia was so yummy and I tried their ube ice cream for the first time and was pleasantly surprised how much I loved it! The service was amazing! And even for it being only the second time we’ve ate there, it is now my utmost favorite restaurant! The staff and owner made us feel like family! Thank you TWIL for your amazing hospitality and exquisite food!

My wife and I have been there once before, about a few weeks ago. It was really great the first time.. but today is my wife’s Birthday and I took her there again for her birthday dinner. I’m glad we went. The owner Roy came to us and introduced himself. We talked, I’m part Filipino as well as him.. he gave me a cool TWIL hat, and we will definitely be back for sure, many times to come! The establishment is awesome with hella great food, great people that work there all the way around!
