Co-owner Richard Devore, inspired by growing up in Jemez Pueblo, watched his brother turn the simplest ingredients into something genuinely delectable, that same “make it amazing” energy is what drives every sandwich we serve. Alongside co-owner Isaiah Martinez, whose dream was to own a restaurant. The mission is simple: big flavor, real portions, and a goal that inspires people to chase their dreams. First time going here and let me tell you AMAZING. The Best sandwich place in town. This sandwich has so much flavor it’s just packed with so so much flavor.You have to come try and support this local business it is so delicious just so good words can’t even explain how amazing this place is in the owners are the most friendly nice people ever. I got the 505 fire starter sandwich and it did not disappoint 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back to this place again and I cannot recommend how good this place was. This place is so good I could eat here everyday and never get tired of how good the food is here come on by and give it a try for yourself and come meet the friendly staff.

Ive been wanting to swing buy since Isaiah opened the place, but haven’t until now. I was in Middle School through at least sophomore year of college with the man and always knew he was deemed for greatness. Hes a kind hearted soul that just loves to cook and make people happy.
Anyways I got the Mesa Turkey Club Combo and couldn’t wait to eat it. I ate it so fast I forgot to snap a picture. One of the best sandwiches in Rio Rancho by far. Top ten in the Metro for sure. Keep cooking my friend. Ive always believed in you.

I got the Mesa Turkey Club toasted and it was DELICIOUS. The Kool-Aid gummies were very tasty and fun as well. The space is a little out of the way of the other food options at THE BLOCK, but absolutely worth it.
