Had some business in Moncks Corner today and stopped in for the first time. The menu is full of great options and apparently Monday is 50¢ bones less wings. I got a dawg and a few wings, mom got the steak Philly. We shared the fried pickles. The food was delicious, the service was great, the prices were more than reasonable and the experience was perfect. We WILL be back.

My CEO had the pleasure of visiting That’s My Dog, and he could not say enough good things about this restaurant. He said the food was absolutely excellent, full of flavor, and prepared with care. Every bite reflected pride and passion in what they do. The service was just as impressive. From the moment he walked in, he was treated with genuine Southern hospitality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and personal. He said that it was refreshing to see a local restaurant that consistently delivers great food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere all in one place. That’s My Dog truly represents the best of what a community restaurant should be.
Highly recommended. He said that he will definitely be back.

I don’t know what happened but this place used to be a good place to grab some good food.
Just waited 30 minutes for a burger and then asked for it to go because I couldn’t continue waiting for it and basically just ended up leaving without food that I paid for.
I even way over tipped expecting that my food would at least get to me before I left.
Definitely not a place to hit if you have an hour for lunch

It’s ok. They were definitely having an off night with a couple of new cooks in the kitchen, but the food took forever to come out, and was just not good in general. The fried pickles are spear-style, and were not good at all. Way too expensive for the tiny amount of pickles. The crinkle cut fries were soggy/mushy and completely unsalted. The wings were good and bad. The Spicy Peach sauce for the wings was great. Definitely recommend that one. The lemon pepper one, not so much. It was absurdly salty and had to be sent back. Our server was kind and friendly and she made it right by re-making the wings in a different sauce and also taking half off of the cost, which we appreciated. Rest of the members in our party ordered the shrimp basket. Shrimp were meh, but everyone barely touched the crinkle cut fries because of how mushy and unseasoned they were. One person in our party ordered a couple of the hotdogs. The G-Dawg and the Slaw-ter Dawg, I think. Didn’t hear much about the dawgs, so not sure if those were good or just being tolerated. The general atmosphere is underwhelming. Maybe worth another shot on a different day when their kitchen isn’t struggling, but hard to recommend based on this experience.

Hidden gem in Monck’s Corner! Menu was very versatile. The service was great even though we had a large party (14+). The food was delicious, went there for lunch at work and went back for dinner. Location is great, plenty of parking and conveniently placed.

Not bad! I thought it was a bit pricey to have a burger with a fried egg and french fries for $15; sign of the times I guess. The Classic Burger was $13; I missed having the normal fixings on the burger I had. At least the meat tasted like fresh hamburger meat and was grilled to order.

This is my new favorite spot in Moncks Corner!! Pricing is right in line with portion sizes. The first time I tried the chili I thought it was a little spicy, but I am also very sensitive to heat…gave it another try on another night and it was perfect. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Bingo night is a great time! On busy nights food does take a while but there is usually live entertainment and TVs, full bar, etc so unless you’re in a huge hurry, it’s no big deal. The only thing I would change is that sometimes it is very loud and can be difficult to have a conversation with people at your table. Not a lot of sound-absorbing material in the restaurant so it’s understandable. Maybe a sound shield or something around the stage area could help.

I door dashed dinner for my family. They not only took 2 hours exactly to get my food made because “they are backed up in the kitchen” but I found a dirty toothpick at the bottom of my daughter’s fry tray. Disgusting.

Checked them out online for lunch. Hours said open. When I got there, they were closed. I don’t have time to be driving multiple places. This is 2026. Make sure your hours are correct on your Google entry.
