I’ve went to the downtown location and the one by the natural bridge and both were great. The loaded Mac and cheese is my favorite but the loaded nachos were equally great. The portions were huge for the price. The staff was great and had us cracking up. Great environment with good music. I will always come back when I’m the areas. Wish they had a location in Ohio!

The food online looked amazing so I decided to give this place a shot. Was let down by the quality of food however. I ordered brisket with two side, waffle fries(dollar extra) and jalapeno bites(1.50 extra). The sides were okay but the brisket was nothing like what you’d expect from a BBQ joint. Was thinly sliced and extremely dry and hardly enough there to justify the money spent on it. The rub used did taste decent, but everything else lacked. I decided to give it another whirl while I was there, because I was still hungry due to lack of meat. I opted to try a hot dog with chili, cheese, slaw and mustard. Bread looked amazing but everything else was a let down on flavor. Did i mention the hotdog was almost 8 dollars.

Loved the food. Nice size portions for a great price! And we loved the server, she was so funny and pleasant, she even gave us a free dessert! And it was delicious! If we ever come back to this area we will defaintly be back again! Only thing is, I wish they still sold their doughnuts, they looked amazing!

Being from Kansas City I was curious how Kentucky BBQ compared. Very happy to say I have found a great place to enjoy BBQ when I come for a visit. The brisket was tender, juicy and smoked perfect, no sauce needed. Can’t wait to visit again and try more of the menu. Very friendly and polite staff.

Great place to stop for lunch while Riding motorcycles. Owner knowledgeable about area and roads. The brisket is awesome. Hotdogs are excellent with the fixens. The coffee is fantastic on a cool crisp fall day. The dinning area is clean and well lite.

Stopped in as passing through town and was very glad we chose this place. Very friendly service and great food. We had the wings and slaw; and chicken bites and waffle fries. It was all excellent! Highly recommend. Hope to be back some day.

The barbecue is excellent, melts in your mouth! The chili is a wonderful combination of sweet and spicy. Get a Fresh donut, put some bacon on it (or choose from 9 other toppings, and a variety of fillings and icings.) Enjoy a great cup of coffee or try some espresso! Friendly service, great environment, interesting conversation. Perfect place for a lunch with friends or a delicious dinner.

I travel thousands of miles a year and eat at a lot of places. Hands down this is the most amazing BBQ I’ve ever had! The pulled pork was Simply perfect! Highly recommend!!! I hope I’m back in the area soon I can only imagine how wonderful brisket and ribs are.

Speechless. Food was outstanding. The ribs were super tender and juciy, cornbread sweet & spicy and buttery. Just plain good food. And the folks there are amazing too! I’m not from Jackson, but if anyone is passing through, or even if you live in Jackson and haven’t been there, GO now.
