We recently visited That Place Trattoria to celebrate my mom’s birthday and had reserved a table for five. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and promptly taken to our table. Shortly after being seated, our waitress stopped by to introduce herself and mentioned she would be training additional staff members to assist with our service, which was a nice touch.
The menu offered a great variety of options, and after some deliberation, we decided to start with three appetizers: the bruschetta, breaded ravioli, and Italian nachos. Out of the three, our table particularly enjoyed the Italian nachos, which featured a delicious Alfredo cheese sauce. The baked ravioli came in a close second. The bruschetta was enjoyable, although we felt the tomatoes could have been chopped a bit smaller for easier bites. Overall, the appetizers were a great way to start the meal.
For the main course, our table had a variety of dishes. We tried the Alfredo Pasta, Vodka Chicken, Baked Mostaccioli, Chicken Parmesan, shrimp, and I personally had the Diavolo, which was a fantastic spicy dish with chicken, shrimp, chorizo sausage, and a pepper tomato sauce that was simply delicious. Each dish was well-prepared, and the flavors were balanced and delightful.
Overall, the meal was great, and we left feeling satisfied and happy. The service was good and accommodating, and it’s clear the restaurant is continuing to staff up to meet demand, which is encouraging. I’m looking forward to visiting again and trying more items from their menu.

Just had breakfast at this place and my family was pleasantly surprised. My husband can be picky when it comes to food and likes a lot of flavor. All 5 of us loved what we got. The steak and potatoes were amazing. Loved the rosemary touch, chicken from the chicken and waffles had a very tasty crust and my omlete was clean and so good! We will be coming back to try their dinner menu. And the chef came to check how everything was at the end. Very friendly, clean atmosphere! Great job!

We went for dinner at That Place last night. When we arrived the dining area was full and there was about a 35 minute wait. There were a couple seats at the bar, (lounge area was also available to wait)so we decided to get a couple adult beverages while we waited. The bartender, Kim was very friendly and provided us with our drinks quickly. The wait time given was accurate. When we were seated, our server, Danica who was also very friendly had arrived promptly and asked if we would like anything else to drink while we looked at the menu. The menu is limited right now as they are still in their
“soft opening.” They have two pizza sizes, 9 in and 15in. Thin crust, which is currently build your own. My husband ordered pizza. All ingredients were fresh and the pizza was not overly sauced, which we prefer. The pizza was really good. In addition to the pizza, I ordered an Italian beef sandwich and asked for mozzarella to be added. It was also very good. We will return.

Arrived at 5 on a Tuesday and the place filled up quickly. I can see why, exceptionally flavorful food, fresh ingredients, solid service, good drink options, all reasonably priced and in MUKWONAGO! The bruschetta was expertly prepared! Will definitely make this place a regular stopping point.

This place is doing their soft opening so they have salads, pizza, and apps. We just happened to be driving by and decided to check it out. Wow the food was incredible! The service was fantastic! Seriously up there with some of the best pizza Ive had.

This was our first experience at That Place.
We both ordered a red glass of wine to pair well with our tomato-based pasta dishes of lasagna and chicken parmesan. The lasagna with meat sauce was adequate. The chicken parmesan had insufficient marinara sauce on the bed of angel hair pasta making it very dry and blah.
Respectable and friendly customer service from beginning to end. Basically, the entrees were ordinary, not appealing enough to reorder. May try the pizza next time if, we decide to return.

Great atmosphere and ambience. Pizza toppings were very fresh, but the crust was a little hard. Eggplant fries were awesome! Prices were high, especially for beverages (both beer and non-alcoholic options), but service was good. I will definitely be back once pasta is on the menu.

A puppy and teenager daycare selling average fish fries. Went here with my family (3/15) and when we were seated, a small puppy ran into the eating area and started jumping on the patrons. Then, the head chef and several of the servers all picked up the dog (it belonged to the owner), and even put it on the hostess table, and went directly into the kitchen.
The food was surprisingly decent, but I prefer my food without dog hair in it

Had dinner at That Place Trattoria tonight. Delicious pizza, great service (thanks to our server, Aaron). Limited menu until next week … looking forward to our next visit!
